Hey, thanks for posting this video. We bought our home 10 months ago and the fridge came with it. The doors never self-closed and it's been bugging me all these months. So, today was the day I decided to fix this issue. I found your video and guess what? The doors now self-close. Again, thank you.
Thanks very much for your video my comment is if you're going to make one side higher so the door can close by making an adjustment and then on the right side and the left hand side how can they be level if one side has to be higher so the door?
Mine are level but the hinge is just sticky at the last few inches of closing. I tried to find where to adjust the tension on the actual hinges but haven't figured it out yet
All fridges have some form of leveling mechanism behind the bottom grill. If it’s not the same as listed in the video, it will be a different form of leveling legs.

Great video. I turned the screws counterclockwise to raise on my GE fridge, and got the doors to close.

How I understand it would be making the front of the fridge slightly higher than the back of the fridge.
Im on the other end im fed up with mine closing itself like a ticking time bomb every time im getting something from the fridge
