Great to see how these have evolved. I haven't tried any iterations yet, but I'm looking forward to trying these out! Thanks for all your hard work on this, Amber.
This is fantastic! I have been being lazy about designing myself some solution for my couple boxes of piled cards (bubble wrapped!) for ages now. In my mind that was some horizontal slot-in thing, but this is much better, so neat and efficient. Love it! A few coments: - In PCI/AGP , my Abit Siluro GF4 Mx AGP seem to be extra thin. I have imported the mesh to create a 1.45 stand, but I had to fix a lot of wild triangles and the result does not deserve be shared as remix. If you ever create a v3 I would kindly ask to add two thinner sizes if possible. - I have been printing several copies at once in the bulding plate, and the result is perfect (expensive printer, though) - If you have any ideas about how to store motherboards for reasonable easy access and display, I would love to have some inspiration there. Those require way too much space and I'm always worried about handling the ones I don't have the original box. My mind again goes to some kind of universal base with all the standar AT/ATX supports, and some guides so can be slotted in a vertical rack solution. Maybe you already have something in some video, but I just discovered the channel so it will take me some time to review all. Thanks for sharing!
With newer direct-drive printers, these stand models are oversized. They're due a redesign, and I've been meaning to get to it, just been busy. I've been trying to crack the nut of motherboard storage as well. I have a beta set of 3D-printable testbenches that use very little filament and can be stacked next to one another pretty nicely, but it's far from high-density. I need to make that release video as well. Soon! Hopefully!
