🌟 DESCRIPTION🌟
Evil West is a third-person shooter. In the game, the player assumes control of Jesse Rentier, a vampire hunter. Jesse is equipped with powerful firearms including a six-shot pistol, a rifle and a flamethrower, and melee weapons including a gauntlet that can accumulate electrical energy and an axe. Enemies can be stunned and staggered following a melee attack, allowing players to execute them using a special finisher move. Players can also use the environment to their advantage. For instance, they can kick enemies into a spike trap, or shoot explosive barrels. Players will occasionally encounter boss characters, which are powerful enemies with unique attack patterns. As the player progresses in the game, they will level up and gain new skills and abilities. The campaign can be played cooperatively with another player.
Jesse Rentier, one of the last agents of a clandestine vampire-hunting organization, must protect the American frontier from supernatural monstrosities.

@@DoktrDub the way it is for me is that I am so lazy to play the games, and broke of course, that even though I have so many that I've bought from the Switch shop, I have yet to play most of them.
Watching someone else play them makes it easy for my lack of concentration and overflow of procrastination.

Honestly this game has that God of War vibe but it looks like a more steampunk version than Red Dead. I actually want to get this game and try it out! Love your content as always GLPG! such an underrated story in this game, so well done.
This game was really neat! Also, very very orange lol (light from sunsets & fires) Loved the dialogue, it was really entertaining. Gameplay seemed cool, some grindy boss fights, plus I can't help but think that gauntlet was like putting ankle weights on your wrist :D I'm not into vampire stuff but this was a cool take on it. Did the devs leave things open for a sequel? I think so, not sure who but likely an not-yet-seen antagonist. 🐧
I can understand developing a game at more than 1080p/60 FPS can he harsh and difficult.

I want to say there will be a part 2 and or maybe they should make a part 2. If they did however then where would they go with the story? Both the father and daughter have been taken out. Unless the father’s head is still alive that is. Who would be the next villain and villains? The other vampires that the father was talking to I don’t think were interested in a war on humans/with humanity so I don’t see them being a threat. And where would things go for the those who survived till the end of part 1? Who would be the new leader? I doubt it would be Jesse. He’s said he’s a soldier so I don’t see him sitting behind a desk just giving orders. Chester seems like an alright guy. If they make another game I hope he’s an ally.

Wonder where the other bloodlines are that we see at the temple in the beginning? All of this was done by one bloodlinr it is likely the others have different ways of doing things, so there is room to turn this into a decent franchise if it sells well enough.

Game felt short unfortunately. However did the time limit on the video make anyone else anxious like he was gonna leave us with a cliff hanger 😂. Really digged the game though just wish it was longer. It's so refreshing to have a mindless but straight to the point game like this. It's not too in depth therefore it makes it fun. Thanks for the gameplay and skipping all that walking 😄

This game looks like a red dead rip off like it'll be fun for a couple hours
Honestly all enemies are feeling the same, and half the characters are annoying stereotypes. Goofy Asian sidekick for example.
Not gonna lie, Virgil's voice actor is awful and obnoxious. He sounds like he's a furry just going by his voice. You might say that doesn't make sense, but if you've heard them before you'd agree with me. Is he some annoying youtuber who got a voice acting role? Agent Bloom is basically the same. It's weird, since the other choice actors and actresses sound perfect and match their characters to a T.

red scarf in cutscene but back to yellow scarf at gameplay? yeah this is low talent studio that didn't know how to do real time cutscene rendering with great competence game engine. really rare to see all pre-rendering cutscene in unreal engine 4 game now. the outdated gameplay couldn't help the game from being half-baked though.

This game seems more enjoyable and entertaining than God of War ragnarok...Just my personal opinion.
That's cause GoW is more of a movie than a game and it's trying to make a connection between the gamers and the characters.
Decent game but not worth $60
