Incomer 86 will not operate for upstream faults (Like transformer or cable faults). Incomer 86 should operate only for downstream of incomer faults.

Some time we have seen that ACO healthy led lamp glow but when we checked auto changeover then auto change over not happen . What’s the issue ?
