Tamashi Nations actually had a survey on their Japanese website for the people who bought the Yusuke figure here in Japan. I did participate and they asked which characters should they produce next. They had a short list of characters to choose from, here are the characters in that list, in order: Kuwabara Yoko Kurama/Kurama Hiei Koenma Botan Keiko Yukina Genkai Toguro (normal form) So yes, those characters you listed is definitely on their priority list, we also could see which direction they will go, basically they prioritize main cast more than the supporting villains.
I really hope this line does well so we can get as many characters and variants as possible.
