THIS. IS. INCREDIBLE. Dude, you gotta tell me how you got your mix to sound this professional. Mainly the rhythm guitars and the percussion. I've been trying to achieve a sound like this for years and haven't even came close to something like this!
The software I use is Garageband. For all my guitar and bass tones, I use Amplitube 3. For my drum set, I use Addictive Drums (usually combined with my Alesis DM6 drum set so I can play it rather than program it)
Oh nice man. I use GB too with Guitar Rig 5 for tone and EZDrummer for the drums (don't have a set nor a bass to actually play sadly) with an Ibanez RG-70 equipped with EMG's. My real question is, how did you get your lead to sound so smooth accompanied by the strings and everything else. Like how did you get that FULL, professional sound?
This sounds amazing and reminds me so much Halo 2. This fits perfectly with Halo and I believe this honestly would have been better than the trials in Halo 5. This music is waaaay more Halo than what Halo 5 is. And that mix of a slight piano I think it's great in adding adding a tad bit Halo 3 for a few seconds. This is wonderfully made and it's prefer this over the Halo 5 trials
The original is in my opinion the single best halo song ever written. Literally the best single aspect of Halo 5. It builds off of all the classic melodies. It's called The Trials.
Maggle Spaffy Gaming I fully agree. Halo 5 soundtrack was pretty meh but the trials is PHENOMENAL. Makes you wonder how 343’s tracks would have done if they built off the old but also added their own touch like they did with the trials.
Love listening to the song as it's helping get me pumped for revision. My only gripe is i think the drums are a bit too complex and it sometimes sounds out of time because of it.
