This anime was like a... Hidden... Socks I think? We have many unusual anime around these years but although this one is definitely unique, it feels plain... It's just so normal... It's not cute girls doing cute things, it's not a blatant romance but it's really a slice of life with a pinch of visible romance... I didn't watch many anime but when was the last time we got an anime like this? No fantasy no comedy... Also that Senpai is pretty hot...
These types of animes are sure rare these days. Although plain, sometimes these type of animes are the ones we need. I also think the senpai is pretty hot.
I randomly started watching it . And its truly amazing in its way . And also I couldn't wait and started reading manga . The manga is very good and I highly recommend you to read it.
As someone who's read the all the manga so far, I can confirm this one is pretty special and you're right about how "normal" it is. Truly a slice of life in the best sense, you genuinely believe these characters could be real. The characters have some real depth to them rather than just being token archetypes and comic relief etc. A nice break in between the hype pieces that we see a lot, it takes a much more subtle approach to story and characters. I love it, so glad it was given an anime.
Fell inlove with this anime because I too, suffer from an extreme case of insomnia. infact as I write this, It's 5:27 and I haven't slept for a week straight. Now just wished having Insomnia was as romantic as it's show in this anime lol.
