Bisogna comunque riconoscere che nel complesso, visti i mezzi, non è venuta male. In molte pizzerie nazionali ti servono pizze molto peggiori di questa!

For anyone ever wondering whats the biggest difference between homemade and restaurant, its the cooking part, thats why its hard to make a decent dough and cooking it at home, you are usually missing 100°celsius for what is the basic roman style pizza, you can forget about naple style, thats even...further..beyond.
So true we cannot have the same industrial heat!

Niezłe 10 minut, jak godzinę trzeba czekać na wyrośnięcie ciasta
Taaaa godzinę. Ciasto na pizzę rośnie,odpoczywa i dojrzewa dobę albo dwie 😁 w godzinę to można zapiekankę zrobić....
Nie zrozumiał Pan po angielsku. Zagniecienie, zrobienie ciasta na pizzę trwa ok. 10, 15 minut. Po wyrobieniu ciasto wyrastać ma w misce przynajmniej godzinę. Pozdrawiam
I tak za krótko 2.5 godz co najmniej@@monig32

Very similar to the way I make my dough for the quick rise. Most often I make a pizza 2-3 days after making the dough. Very nice!

@@Nittytash Yes one way I make it is I make Poolish which is prefermented dough and then the next day I make pizza. Or I make it w just a little yeast and make it 2-3 days later.

Alguém me esclareça a diferença entre farinha de trigo e farinha de trigo duro
A farinha de trigo é aquela convencional que utilizamos e a de trigo duro é a de sêmola ou semolina que é uma farinha de trigo com mais fibras e por isso mais dura que a farinha de trigo normal, geralmente tem uma grãos mais grosseiros e cor mais amarelada.

220 маловато будет для пиццы. Да и края здесь вполне нормальные. У именитых шефов порой чернее получаются.
