    made a list if anyone wants to screenshot:
    * before bed, get a glass/hydroflask with ice water and put on your nightstand so you can drink it as soon as you wake up
    * put do not disturb mode on in the hours just before bed, and after waking up, on the apps that you want
    * have a ‘morning mantra’ -
    * for posture, buy an extra long body foam roller. lie on it when you need to, and perhaps meditate if you choose.
    * wear workout clothes at the weekend if you want to be productive
    * go outside everyday, be connected with nature, grounding
    * for motivation to read, set a timer to read for a certain amount of time
    * alternatives to soda: poppi drinks and olipop, la croix, better booch
    * wear blue light glasses: helps with headaches and dry, tired eyes
    * listen to music that takes you somewhere else
    * ask yourself before bed three things you are grateful for, from that day.

    I started three days ago, and I’m giving myself 100 days to try to be the best I could be! Here are some habits I started:
    - plant based as much as possible
    - workout 4x a week and 1x a week of yoga
    - meditate and manifest everyday
    - journal and do something creative once a week
    - clean my room as soon as i wake up
    - 5-8 cups of water daily
    - take care of my skin and hair
    - deactivate my social media
    - mindful eating
    - listening to what my body and my mental needs are
    - 5 min stretch everyday
    - reading 50 pages everyday

    re: habit #10, anytime I have to study or read for school or even when I'm working, I've lately been really loving to listen to these like 4-8+hr youtube videos of romantic french accordion music or italian guitar strumming music paired with a cozy cabin snowstorm or a thunderstorm in a royal library. it like transports you back in time and sets such a nice calming and productive mood 💘

    I downloaded this app mood potato not long ago and you get to write a short summary of ur day and pick if it was an amazing or great or normal or a bad day and after that there is a gratitude section where u write 5 things u are grateful for today. And it really puts a smile on my face even if the day was nothing special, seeing those 5 little things make me feel much better

    The timer hack is such a great trick ! I recently started to use the pomodoro method ( 25 min work + 5 min break repeat 4 time then 20 min break) because i couldn't get myself to be productive enough with online college and it really works ! It forces me to be completely focused on what i need to do without looking at my phone and you can really do a lot of things in 25 min !

      @@whateveridc8722 after waking up, but recommended drinking water the rest of the day too, I have a water bottle that keeps the water cold, and I always have it with me, and when I want like a snack or to eat more than I should I just drink water, and if you don't like water you can add some lemon juice or any fruit that you like WITHOUT sugar, my sister does that, I recommend it a lot

    Soda is big in USA and since I moved here I was drinking way too much of it. My dad actually gave me an idea to buy carbonated water maker - best purchase ever!!! :) I just squeeze some fruits once I make it (lemons, oranges, grapefruits) and I have natural, homemade La Croix or you can find some water drops on Amazon with short, good ingredients list (Sweet Leaf). Much less waste, healthier and always available. 100% recommend

    the foam roller stretch is called a pec stretch at the physical therapy clinic i work at! it’s really good for opening the chest (tight muscles in that area) like claudia said but also for neck/shoulder pain/injuries!! everyone who tries it could stay in that position for long periods of time

    Hi Claudia! You should be drinking hot water in the morning, not cold. It makes a world of a difference to your digestive system and your whole body.

    For me, it helps to actually write down the things I'm grateful for in a journal. It helps me be present, intentional, and really think about my day and the things that I love and am so appreciative of.
