    Very nice video but I'm not sure why you need bad background music. It's very distracting and doesn't add to the video at all.

      #1 in the country in terms of flooding so the answer is yes. One reason I stopped looking for homes there

      @@antcampo52 we moved to Cape Coral from Southern California in 2014, and we LOVE 💘it!! We're in the NW Cape and it's peaceful, relaxing, and quiet here. We got a steal on a 3bdr home, with pool, on the canal for 190k. Not many neighbors around, and the one's that are here are pretty cool to me!! I've lived many places and this is a hidden gem, with almost no crime.

      @@mrsir2378 yes crime is low in cape coral nice police officers decent gas prices nice people lots of schools and ill depend on the age of walking around i haven’t heard mich kid nappings but i young kid i wouldn’t take the chance but middle school and high is perfect in my opinion i walk to school and home all the time for years and never had a problem ya ill call it a safe place

      Fort Myers is right next to Cape Coral and fort myers is a crime town in my opinion lots of shoot outs gangs and stuff i wouldn’t live there cape is the best place or pine island is a island you go over a bridge and its cheap there too there are lots of nice people and buildings gas price is low, now if your rich sanibel is also a island and thats were the beaches are at you go deeper there will be around 900k house to millions and stuff

      @@mrsir2378 yes Cape Coral is cheap and exspensive, depends were you are at i live on a golf course witch is big money living in a normal neighborhood its good and awesome, but be warned cape coral they are extremely strict with there city like you typically cant have anything out side your house or back yard accept plants and trees and stone crap like that it gets stupid with the rules

    Looks like a dangerous place to live. Flooding there has to be terrible. Especially with the amount of rain and hurricanes FL gets every year.

      @@juljasmaharchive you are correct Julian, I should have said "I" have never flooded. In 22 years living here I have seen some flooded streets for short periods of time. Thanks for your aporopriate response.
