I am originally from N.Y. 29 years ago. I was 30. 27 of my years here in SWFL I have lived in Cape Coral. Besides all of the activities, entertainment, beauty, real estate is affordable. Plus, Cape Coral has ordinances that keep our city beautiful and safe. I will NEVER leave. Paradise on earth.
Hey Victor, thank you for this video, very helpful. I will be in Cape Coral in May and was hoping you could provide some recommendations about really good cocktail bars in CC/SW Florida?
Hey Victor. Found your channel supper stoked to check it out! We are relocating to Cape Coral with a Projected Date between October 2022 and March 2023 contingent on finding our dream home. I’m a Photographer and Commercial Drone Pilot in Maryland looking forward to the journey!
The Old Rose Gardens from the late '70s that was abadoned. As a kid we would explore the overgrown abadoned Rose Gardens in the late 80s-early 90s that had a underground enclosure/cave, stadium seating, other weird run down gems. Now known has Tarpon Point, some Old School Cape Coral history destroyed by development!
I’m 18 been living in cape since birth .. trust me it ain’t all that . literally moving ASAP Bc of how boring it is here , BARELY any night life, the beaches are pretty but nothing compared to the east* coast
You know.. I do agree with you when I was 18 I couldn't wait to get out of here. After getting married, 2 kids and starting my own business I was able to appreciate it more as grew older.
