CHOP SUEY (Filipino style)
Here are the ingredients:
● 1 piece of medium size red bell pepper
● 1 piece of carrot medium size
● 1/ 8 kilograms of snow peas
● 8 pieces of young corn
● 1/4 kilograms of cabbage
● 1 small head of cauliflower
● 1/4 - 1/2 kilograms of chicken gizzard and liver (boil them before slicing)
● 10 - 12 pieces of quail eggs ( boil them)
● Salt and seasoning to taste
● 1 cup of water
● 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (dissolve from 1 cup of water)
● ground black pepper
● small amount of cooking oil
