Y should i have to roll instead of folding i think rolling makes the dress more dense and occupies more space eventually . Comparatively folding holds less space i think . Correct me if iam wrong

Never pack in vacuum bags for travel. In case the bag tears while in the trolley or even when you take clothes out and put back in, vacuuming again, you will be left with a load of stuff you don't have space for.

The konmarie fold and file method is a game changer as is leaving hangers on dresses and folding them all together in a bundle.
I have a 56cm bag that carries 15kg that I use for domestic, international and campervan travel. That is all I can handle.
