Co-op in wuwa isn't affected by ping at all. You can still dodge, hit like any ordinary character. All calculations are recorded client side so there's nothing to worry about. It's pretty amazing. In genshin... Well, there are hit boxes that are better off not being mentioned during boss fights. Your character also gets clunky and delayed movement can happen. Let's not talk about the delayed dmg to enemies is horrid while not noticeable in Wuwa at all.
In few patches it will be great I hope, for now it's still better than genshin, genshin's coop is only for players with weaker characters to farm artifacts, let's be real there is nothing to enjoy about coop in genshin. For wuwa at least there is echo farming, but it still has to improve

I'm sure the use of that domain is on purpose too, Zhongli alone has trouble dealing with shields of golems, but people will do literally anything to put the two games against each other for whatever reason instead of enjoying both

Also the video said genshin is doing better most of the time, it's normal to compare 2 comparable games (even more when one is actually created to be like the other one), at least to see what can be changed or improve. You forgot a crucial thing: in genshin if the world owner doesn't take the rewards you all need to leave the domain and start again, while in wuwa also other players can propose to have another round so it takes only one other loading and no team reselection. We heavily felt the difference
Exactlyyy so if they run out of resin we don't have to start all over again, wuwa co op is better than genshin in the farming sense but they had to nerf it by not giving weekly boss co op lol

I was a bit disappointed when it didn't allow me to co-op it. I do love soloing it of course and that's how I beat it anyways, but it'd be fun to do with friends too or even just match up with randoms

In case you don't know, there are 3 weekly bosses (calamity class) in 1.0 wuwa. You can coop the bell-born but not the other 2 because they're locked behind main story. Any new players can clear these 2 because the difficulty based on your world level.
You also get a badass "finisher" move on Scar if you have Rover on team, which not only looks cool but also deals a whole chunk of damage at one go, so not having co-op isn't really a concern for me.

Sure, but Genshin had to make all these systems, Wuwa coppied every system in Genshin, from banners to gameplay to how weapons and character leveling is. So we can't compare it to Genshin at launch, because Genshin already did 80% of the development for them, so they should have learnt from Genshins mistakes aswell.
If it wishes to stay relevant it needs to do better than when genshin started. That's how progress in the gaming industry works, my guy. They had years to -copy- learn/observe everything hoyo did and improve upon them. That's how actual competitions should be. Be better than the competition so they improve on their own stuff as well. Healthy competition = players win.
@@FallenPhoenix-ml5mn Genshin Impact is not the first gacha game to exist. Infact a lot of it is inspired from Zelda in the first place. Genshin is not the only gacha with domains either. They didn't conceptualize a lot of things that they implemented.
@@fraserdab Genshin was inspired by other games, but the way their banners work, the way the artifacts work, the way you level and ascend characters and weapons, the way you level skills, all these things they created. They are fundamentally different than other Gachas. There is no difference between Wuwa and Genshin, they straight up copy and pasted genshins systems, from UI, to banners, to shops, character ascension, weapon ascension, stamina system, skill leveling. They straight up copied it, they didn't even try and disguise the fact that its the exact same, the onlt unique thing in the game is the echoes and even then they work exactly like artifacts but just has a skill tied to it. Even the combat is identical to HI3rd which predates genshin by years. There is a difference between being inspired by something, and straight up copying and pasting, Wuwa was not inspired, Mihoyo straight up built 90% of the game for them.
The reason i think there isnt a coop mode for weekly boss might due to the 2 calamity Scar and Dreamless have mostly single target atk, especially Scar, where almost all of his atk are single target, and then there some atk that just straight up put you in a cutscene making the weekly boss not fun in the coop mode
The most annoying part of the coop for me is the fact that Wuwa doesn’t have automatic tracker for any of the coop teammates like Genshin does. I have to drag the entire map to find my teammates.

And also funnier XD . Ive seen my friend max lvl character coop with lower AR lvl player entering sumeru weekly boss Apep. The team cosist of 2 new 2 max player. BUT... But they both (the 2max lvl player Furina and Neuvillet) die first Hahahahahahahaha. Then the 2 newb, barbara and xiangling both lvl60 carry till the end . Hahahahahahahahaha. Who suppose to carry who!

No, they’re never going to add an additional player in co-op because in WuWa. We only have 3 characters in our party in any given time. Knowing them, they’ll keep it at 3 and that’s ok with me.
If you are a genshin player, I would highly suggest you trying WuWa. I was skeptical at the beginning as a genshin player since day 1 but I loved the game and dont want to ever go back to Genshin
it's for filling up the party slot, Wuwa got 3 characters per party, because the game don't rely on elemental reaction, and instead relies more on combo and quick-swapping (swap cancel) characters to utilize Outro & Intro skills. it literally feels like you're bringing a whole 3 characters with the way the flow of combat goes

The only reason wuw doesn't have coop yet for weekly boss and hologram, because is about parry system and the way boss targeting player, if kuro can do it, it is gonna be a hit..
Co op in Genshin is always going to struggle because characters rely on specific reactions and intricate rotations to deal dmg. You can’t exactly deal dmg when other two characters are messing up your reactions. Wuwa is much more unga bunga and dmg is tied down to specific characters button smashing so co op is much more enjoyable.
So far I Love both games but I've been playing genshin ever since launch on PSN and wuwa since launch on Google Play just recently so that's a big difference in time lol. But hopefully Wuwa gets better optimization soon because I really HATE the lag that makes it almost unplayable...I kid you not most my fights involve me seeing almost none of the actual proper animations just a couple different frames of the animation and everything else is basically laggy single pieces of that one move the picture stayed on the longest..... But I won't quit playing just because it's got kinks to work out in the game. I actually haven't gotten to see anyone of the characters proper animations except watching it on TH-cam like on here when someone else is playing it...😢 Which is pretty sad.
Even with waiting for people to be ready in genshin... or character's dying in the domains... or people sometimes exiting if they'd died.... or genshin domains taking slightly longer than WuWa (depending on the character builds etc)....... i have been having more fun in genshin co-op than WuWa co-op 🤷🏻♀️
The fun part with Genshin is you can induce friendly fire on your teammates while doing the domain. Especially when an idiot decided to bring Bennett on a dendro domain (especially with Apep). 😂 Just bring a pyro unto a domain with dendro or when someone who had formed a bloom team (especially if you have no strong healer). You will definitely see your fellow co-op members burning or being exploded to Celestia with you. 😂 😂

wuwa and genshin have different mechanics which unintendedly makes clears faster for wuwa, just because all 3 characters do it is raw damage, without any reactions. Genshin however very well optimized in co-op since game strictly relies on supports or sub-dpses rather than 4 On-field DPSes
it's always fun when that one "special" player adds pyro to the obvious hyperbloom team that everyone else decided to go with and kills the entire party...

@@erdinpro618because it is? We cant compare something a new game dont have to an old one. But rewards, qol and devs responds are what you can compare. Obviously wuwa gave more rewards and have more qol( not all yet but at least in exploration and they adding more in the next update, at least they said so) and devs in wuwa definitely responded faster than genshin. Do you remember the 1st anniversary of genshin? They didnt even respond until it was too late. Wuwa addressed the issues in around 5 days. Even the new announcement, the players complain that it is not fair, they posted another post about giving everyone rewards.

@@rushalias8511 At start that platform drained hp and without a Archer it was hard to land a hit when it's flying, if it entered full damage mode flying was also hard. Now just one hit kill.
I think that the fact the most characters have their kits improved behind intro/outro mechanics, can affect the coop experience in wuwa. Hope they can somehow work on that in the future.
I'm probably putting wuwa in the back burner for now. Once I start, I'd be so off track with my schedule, I'd probably miss my next tasks lol. So I'm sticking with Genshin.
Only the giant turtle can be done in multiplayer as weekly boss for now. I think that the multiplayer mode is not great now though... But genshin was bad as well on that matter... More resource-sharing and interactions with the puzzles would be great... Also holograms and instances... Even if that does not count toward the reward count for the holograms that would be insanly fun to get killed together with someone.
Based on my experience, wuwa boses are easier that genshin bosses. In genshin, if you dont have the right element, and sometimes type of character, you are fkd. I desperately needed help when I was starting out in genshin whereas i dont feel the need for coop in wuwa, at least not yet. haven't touch tower of adversity though(that's always solo in gacha games tho). edit: now thinking about it, i just enjoy genshin's reaction based system more. wuwa's fight mechanic is more common in other action rpg games. genshin feels more unique. i dunno why people obsessed over dodge and parry lol.
Buddy try fighting WuWa bosses on hologram and I would like to see you say that it's easier than Genshin. (I can't clear the Mephis and Crownless on difficulty 6)
To be fair, co-op in Wuthering Waves trivialize the combat a bit too much, because the enemies in 1.0 are obviously designed for solo players. They need to set up a proper balancing system for co-op before adding weekly bosses to the roster, imo. Or add more challenging bossfights for co-op.
There's a match option b4 entering a domain, and the new set domain has those statues with high def and shield. Unless you coop with some geo main, it will take 1min, otherwise it'll be over pretty fast.
wdym not for people who want to enjoy co-op? the reason I enter co op on wuwa is solely for the materials and nothing more. I'd rather spend 20s than 1 minute of stress with laggy players lmao
U play Co-op for the rewards & booty I play Co-op for fun & friendship We are not the same. I enjoy beating Raiden with 3 other players for 10 minutes If I want the drop I just play alone.
that's the same thing in Genshin, the reason you do coop in genshin is to steal other people's mats, at least in Wuwa, the ores you mine are shared to the coop leader as well.
I’ll always play single player both games, I love being social in real life but hate coop modes in games or at least only like to play with someone else at fight games

Not disagreeing with you, just adding context; Genshin players have migrated to Wuthering Waves, brutally comparing a 4 year old game to a almost 1 month old game, flooding each comment section with Genshin topics, even in the discord. Jaded Genshin players start to yell back and new Genshin players/shills spread misinformation about WuWa. So right now, Wuthering Waves' community consists of the people who were meant to leave Genshin's community

In terms of fighting really hard enemies together in co op, I think the really high level elite enemies scattered in the world comes close to what I experience in difficulty to fighting Genshin weekly bosses.
What skills tho? You can bullshit your way through with random characters just like in genshin, the only exception being probably tactical holograms and these 120lvl monkeys, everything else is pretty much easy if you build your charas at least partially so it really might be a serious skill issue, sorry : /

I agree, the co-op is lacking in WuWa, not enough variety at all. The game could use a co-op weekly boss like you suggested, and preferably a more difficult co-op guild boss system as well.

Co-op in both sucks. Can't even interact with NPCs, can't do quests together, can't trade items, no co-op end game (Spiral Abyss/Tower of Adversity). Hoping Kuro Games actually improves Co-op in the future, because Hoyoverse has had these problems for 4 years already so I assume they'll never touch Co-op.
New to Gacha games WuWa is my first so I have no reference point, but CoOp to me in this game is just for helping ppl beat things they cant beat. The way I fight swapping characters in and out is part of my mechanics and when i am in someone elses world and can not do that, it kinda messes up my fighting. But I do do CoOp to help my wife beat bosses as shes lower level than me.

Do you know u can edit ur hud in wuwa so u can play with four finger claw or more and this has changed my way of playing and improved how i play the game and before i couldn't dodge and parry properly now i dont miss one parry and i dodge most of the time and because i play using foir finger claw
This is what I was talking about with my friends, doing co-op runs in single player focused gacha games like WuWa or Genshin means you just want runs to end faster, WuWa does that nicely since your team damage isn't limited to what reactions your team can do. Genshin - you beat things in seconds solo by just having the right comps for the reactions, doing co-op is more of a handicap and the only way you'd enjoy it is if you are goofing around with friends WuWa - solo boss runs are decently challenging enough for many, and by doing co-op it just becomes a walk in the park which serves the purpose of co-op runs perfectly, and for the weekly bosses, the turtle is a weekly boss where co-op is possible since it's in the open world, but I think bosses within domains cannot be done in co-op for now
WuWa is currently scuffed as a game right now the only reason people even play this game is because of all the misinformation and rewards that were being thrown at the players so yeah also WuWa fans are hella toxic towards Genshin fans for no apparent reason its like they got instant superiority complex the moment they got so much apology pulls

I played wuwa co-op for the 1st time 1 hour ago, and I lost the co op Player frequently. For some reason the other player doesn't show up in the map. And also whenever I open the chat, it takes me to the top of the chat
If it takes 1 min for four people in the genshin domain then sadly you're not fully end game, I'm not endgame and me and my friend so two of us finish a domain in less then 40 sec Edit: I've learned something new, thanks~

I know they'll improve overtime, and I get it, they're a new company, but let's be real here. They clearly got inspired by genshin, so they already had a concept in mind for the mechanics, etc, etc. Yet they decided to follow genshin's short comings too. Like how story quests are more about NPCs... They could've done something different. The only good coming from this game are the rewards they spoil you with. Making the players blind of their shortcomings and be loyal to them.
@@Tsirkon well the story quests are... story quests. it builds the world and makes you immersed in it. what would you like the story to be about? mainly the main character? the story would be so stale... no side quests to give you lore about the world, no npc related quests that give you more information on certain items / areas. look at HSR, their quests are focused 70% of the time on characters other than the main character, with side quests and event quests here and there to build the world. that is what gets you a content-rich story that keeps you engaged and begging for more. hell, firefly's lore was referenced from anime like gundam and neon genesis bearing quite a few similarities in the vibe and story. but i still found it cool and badass despite pretty much predicting how her lore is gonna be like, because they fed bits and pieces of her story and built a background behind her which led to what we know her for today. in fact, i came back to HSR just because of firefly. honestly, i'm enjoying WuWa way more than i ever did genshin. the combat is engaging, the story is pretty alright, the characters look great, the world is breathtaking (unreal engine 4). there are some things that irk me like how if i want to rechallenge a boss like Jue i have to load out and back in again instead of just restarting, but all these QoL changes will come with time. rewards are welcome regardless. its a gacha game where i pull for my mommys and daddys, not some story directed by shakespear

I like the waiting in genshin more than immediately pick char in wuwa. Because in genshin you can flex that you have the signature weapon that so hard to get. And also you can run and do random things in front of strangers XD

I literally dont care about coop, in Genshin I only use it when Im forced to, or some times when I want to farm for a plant or mineral faster to level up someone.
I think that the time it takes to play a game should not be taken into account, it depends a lot on the level. Second, forget that there IS a weekly boss for multiplayer who is a powerful giant turtle.
I prefer coop in genshin more because the monster will be tougher and thats the fun part. Most of the coop i enter in wuwa, players are overpowered and finish so fast that i don’t even enjoy the combat😂
...That's because we are all under leveled. Back when Genshin first came out, we were all destroying things in seconds because everybody had a low world level. Genshin's combat isn't fun for me anymore because now I kill everything too fast, hopefully Wuwa won't be the same at max levels.

When I was in world LV 5, most of the ppl don’t even know how to set up or having any good artifact, we use a lot of time back then to clear the domain or weekly boss (overworld is pretty easy). Domain monster is lvl 90 while most of our character is 80. And even now AR 56-60 coop in domain, we still use 30-1min to clear the mob unless there are whales which can clear less than 30 secs.
@@Teddy-wz9mw When did you start playing? It might also be that the domains themselves we had only had hillichurls and slimes for the most part. We didn't have tougher domains until Inazuma. Liyue and Mondstadt had simple domains.

I don't think most players even reached sol40 yet lol. I managed to coop match with someone once and they decline. Fair enough cuz the lower lvl domains are pretty easy even if I didn't lvl up my echos. I wish we can coop weekly bosses tho

Asking for a co-op carry in these weekly bosses is an argument in bad faith. These weekly bosses are easy asf. I too wished there was more co-op, but to use the argument of 'new players could need carry' is bad. A 10 year old playing on a lvl 40 4* could solo lvl 70 Dreamless easy lol EDIT: nvm, this channel is just a genshin fanboy making another shitty vid. @@GTRaijin you'd be surprised that majority of genshin players only play it for the story, exploration and the characters and most of them dont even touch the abyss. There's a reason why genshin never increase the difficulty, they obviously see the trends/completions and their data shows that. I think alot of people are expecting a different thing from genshin. It will never be a hardcore game, it never promised to be. It seems that the casual player understands it more than the hardcore gamers who spend too much money on OP characters they have no use for.
It also frustrating that it can’t coop any of the exploration or side quests, which I just wrote as feedback because my level 40 characters can’t deal with the Mt Firmament level 65 mobs 😂

Well, there's only one weekly boss that is available for co-op which is the Bell Bourne since you can just find it in open world sleeping on its den😅 I personally think you don't even need to play co-op against that giant tortoise because, to me, it just seems like your average world bosses. But that boss surely brings me back to Tower of Fantasy Vibes when me and my crew does boss raids back then 🤣 Such a nostalgic feeling haha
As a comment that is 3 months later. Now in Wuwa you will be infront of a Forgery/simulation challenge, and you will click "Match" and maybe one or two of the 10-minute limits will go off, before you find someone. It's basically not worth it to even "match" unless it's a forgery for a brand new sought after character (to where maybeeee others are also matching) The wuwa weekly boss does suck, I liked doing weeklies with genshin randoms or friends... Wuwa you can legit only do the Turtle (out of jue/scar/dreamless, because they aren't in the overworld)
Also i dont love when we have to go all the way to collect rewards or restart domain in genshin, but in wuwa we just have to take like 5 steps and will restrat in the same small room so its not taking time.
It was the same in Genshin with the first domains like the Viridescent artifact farming. Everyone was dying in one Venti burst. But it's normal for them to add harder domains or bosses with multiple phases. That being said, real endgame players, still destroy them in under 30 seconds

Co-op in wuwa isn't affected by ping at all.
You can still dodge, hit like any ordinary character.
All calculations are recorded client side so there's nothing to worry about.

Well, there are hit boxes that are better off not being mentioned during boss fights.
Your character also gets clunky and delayed movement can happen.
Let's not talk about the delayed dmg to enemies is horrid while not noticeable in Wuwa at all.
In few patches it will be great I hope, for now it's still better than genshin, genshin's coop is only for players with weaker characters to farm artifacts, let's be real there is nothing to enjoy about coop in genshin. For wuwa at least there is echo farming, but it still has to improve

In wuwa, the enemies health do not increase when u do coop , unlike in genshin. So it really becomes 1v3. Thats why the coop finished in 20 sec.
I'm sure the use of that domain is on purpose too, Zhongli alone has trouble dealing with shields of golems, but people will do literally anything to put the two games against each other for whatever reason instead of enjoying both

You forgot a crucial thing: in genshin if the world owner doesn't take the rewards you all need to leave the domain and start again, while in wuwa also other players can propose to have another round so it takes only one other loading and no team reselection. We heavily felt the difference

In case you don't know, there are 3 weekly bosses (calamity class) in 1.0 wuwa. You can coop the bell-born but not the other 2 because they're locked behind main story. Any new players can clear these 2 because the difficulty based on your world level.
You also get a badass "finisher" move on Scar if you have Rover on team, which not only looks cool but also deals a whole chunk of damage at one go, so not having co-op isn't really a concern for me.

Wuwa coop is good for farming echoes, each player fights a boss enemy or 1 player goes around in circles helping both 2 players.

Sure, but Genshin had to make all these systems, Wuwa coppied every system in Genshin, from banners to gameplay to how weapons and character leveling is.
So we can't compare it to Genshin at launch, because Genshin already did 80% of the development for them, so they should have learnt from Genshins mistakes aswell.
If it wishes to stay relevant it needs to do better than when genshin started. That's how progress in the gaming industry works, my guy.
They had years to -copy- learn/observe everything hoyo did and improve upon them. That's how actual competitions should be. Be better than the competition so they improve on their own stuff as well. Healthy competition = players win.

There is no difference between Wuwa and Genshin, they straight up copy and pasted genshins systems, from UI, to banners, to shops, character ascension, weapon ascension, stamina system, skill leveling.
They straight up copied it, they didn't even try and disguise the fact that its the exact same, the onlt unique thing in the game is the echoes and even then they work exactly like artifacts but just has a skill tied to it.
Even the combat is identical to HI3rd which predates genshin by years.
There is a difference between being inspired by something, and straight up copying and pasting, Wuwa was not inspired, Mihoyo straight up built 90% of the game for them.
The reason i think there isnt a coop mode for weekly boss might due to the 2 calamity Scar and Dreamless have mostly single target atk, especially Scar, where almost all of his atk are single target, and then there some atk that just straight up put you in a cutscene making the weekly boss not fun in the coop mode
The most annoying part of the coop for me is the fact that Wuwa doesn’t have automatic tracker for any of the coop teammates like Genshin does. I have to drag the entire map to find my teammates.

No, they’re never going to add an additional player in co-op because in WuWa. We only have 3 characters in our party in any given time. Knowing them, they’ll keep it at 3 and that’s ok with me.
If you are a genshin player, I would highly suggest you trying WuWa. I was skeptical at the beginning as a genshin player since day 1 but I loved the game and dont want to ever go back to Genshin
it's for filling up the party slot, Wuwa got 3 characters per party, because the game don't rely on elemental reaction, and instead relies more on combo and quick-swapping (swap cancel) characters to utilize Outro & Intro skills. it literally feels like you're bringing a whole 3 characters with the way the flow of combat goes

Co op in Genshin is always going to struggle because characters rely on specific reactions and intricate rotations to deal dmg. You can’t exactly deal dmg when other two characters are messing up your reactions. Wuwa is much more unga bunga and dmg is tied down to specific characters button smashing so co op is much more enjoyable.
So far I Love both games but I've been playing genshin ever since launch on PSN and wuwa since launch on Google Play just recently so that's a big difference in time lol. But hopefully Wuwa gets better optimization soon because I really HATE the lag that makes it almost unplayable...I kid you not most my fights involve me seeing almost none of the actual proper animations just a couple different frames of the animation and everything else is basically laggy single pieces of that one move the picture stayed on the longest..... But I won't quit playing just because it's got kinks to work out in the game. I actually haven't gotten to see anyone of the characters proper animations except watching it on TH-cam like on here when someone else is playing it...😢 Which is pretty sad.
Even with waiting for people to be ready in genshin... or character's dying in the domains... or people sometimes exiting if they'd died.... or genshin domains taking slightly longer than WuWa (depending on the character builds etc)....... i have been having more fun in genshin co-op than WuWa co-op 🤷🏻♀️
The opposite for me. I usually am a solo players. Coop in wuwa is me asking them massacre every echos in the map.
The fun part with Genshin is you can induce friendly fire on your teammates while doing the domain. Especially when an idiot decided to bring Bennett on a dendro domain (especially with Apep). 😂
Just bring a pyro unto a domain with dendro or when someone who had formed a bloom team (especially if you have no strong healer). You will definitely see your fellow co-op members burning or being exploded to Celestia with you. 😂 😂

wuwa and genshin have different mechanics which unintendedly makes clears faster for wuwa, just because all 3 characters do it is raw damage, without any reactions. Genshin however very well optimized in co-op since game strictly relies on supports or sub-dpses rather than 4 On-field DPSes
it's always fun when that one "special" player adds pyro to the obvious hyperbloom team that everyone else decided to go with and kills the entire party...
Hyperbloom is the most boring reaction in the game. You can use it in abyss, sure, but in coop? Seriously that's pathetic

Even the new announcement, the players complain that it is not fair, they posted another post about giving everyone rewards.

Storm terror is extremely easy not gonna lie. Even having several lower difficulty levels compared to other bosses

I think that the fact the most characters have their kits improved behind intro/outro mechanics, can affect the coop experience in wuwa. Hope they can somehow work on that in the future.

Only the giant turtle can be done in multiplayer as weekly boss for now.
I think that the multiplayer mode is not great now though... But genshin was bad as well on that matter... More resource-sharing and interactions with the puzzles would be great... Also holograms and instances... Even if that does not count toward the reward count for the holograms that would be insanly fun to get killed together with someone.
Based on my experience, wuwa boses are easier that genshin bosses. In genshin, if you dont have the right element, and sometimes type of character, you are fkd. I desperately needed help when I was starting out in genshin whereas i dont feel the need for coop in wuwa, at least not yet. haven't touch tower of adversity though(that's always solo in gacha games tho).
edit: now thinking about it, i just enjoy genshin's reaction based system more. wuwa's fight mechanic is more common in other action rpg games. genshin feels more unique. i dunno why people obsessed over dodge and parry lol.

To be fair, co-op in Wuthering Waves trivialize the combat a bit too much, because the enemies in 1.0 are obviously designed for solo players. They need to set up a proper balancing system for co-op before adding weekly bosses to the roster, imo. Or add more challenging bossfights for co-op.
There's a match option b4 entering a domain, and the new set domain has those statues with high def and shield. Unless you coop with some geo main, it will take 1min, otherwise it'll be over pretty fast.
They should put Coop in weekly boss but the boss deals 10 times damage 🙏🏼

Jaded Genshin players start to yell back and new Genshin players/shills spread misinformation about WuWa.

In terms of fighting really hard enemies together in co op, I think the really high level elite enemies scattered in the world comes close to what I experience in difficulty to fighting Genshin weekly bosses.
Ah yes a game where you can one shot a boss with c6 vs a game where it takes skills even if you have s6.

What skills tho? You can bullshit your way through with random characters just like in genshin, the only exception being probably tactical holograms and these 120lvl monkeys, everything else is pretty much easy if you build your charas at least partially

I am not playing Wuwa and not planning to but I do believe that sometimes the struggle in co-op mode in genshin in domains or weekly boss makes the experience sweeter!😊
I agree, the co-op is lacking in WuWa, not enough variety at all. The game could use a co-op weekly boss like you suggested, and preferably a more difficult co-op guild boss system as well.
There was was no weekly co-op domain boss in Genshin 1.0 either until Childe.

Sure, but Genshin had to make all these systems, Wuwa coppied every system in Genshin, from banners to gameplay to how weapons and character leveling is.
So we can't compare it to Genshin at launch, because Genshin already did 80% of the development for them, so they should have learnt from Genshins mistakes aswell.

Can't even interact with NPCs, can't do quests together, can't trade items, no co-op end game (Spiral Abyss/Tower of Adversity).
Hoping Kuro Games actually improves Co-op in the future, because Hoyoverse has had these problems for 4 years already so I assume they'll never touch Co-op.
New to Gacha games WuWa is my first so I have no reference point, but CoOp to me in this game is just for helping ppl beat things they cant beat. The way I fight swapping characters in and out is part of my mechanics and when i am in someone elses world and can not do that, it kinda messes up my fighting. But I do do CoOp to help my wife beat bosses as shes lower level than me.

Do you know u can edit ur hud in wuwa so u can play with four finger claw or more and this has changed my way of playing and improved how i play the game and before i couldn't dodge and parry properly now i dont miss one parry and i dodge most of the time and because i play using foir finger claw

This is what I was talking about with my friends, doing co-op runs in single player focused gacha games like WuWa or Genshin means you just want runs to end faster, WuWa does that nicely since your team damage isn't limited to what reactions your team can do.
Genshin - you beat things in seconds solo by just having the right comps for the reactions, doing co-op is more of a handicap and the only way you'd enjoy it is if you are goofing around with friends
WuWa - solo boss runs are decently challenging enough for many, and by doing co-op it just becomes a walk in the park which serves the purpose of co-op runs perfectly, and for the weekly bosses, the turtle is a weekly boss where co-op is possible since it's in the open world, but I think bosses within domains cannot be done in co-op for now
WuWa is currently scuffed as a game right now the only reason people even play this game is because of all the misinformation and rewards that were being thrown at the players so yeah also WuWa fans are hella toxic towards Genshin fans for no apparent reason its like they got instant superiority complex the moment they got so much apology pulls

I played wuwa co-op for the 1st time 1 hour ago, and I lost the co op Player frequently. For some reason the other player doesn't show up in the map. And also whenever I open the chat, it takes me to the top of the chat
If it takes 1 min for four people in the genshin domain then sadly you're not fully end game, I'm not endgame and me and my friend so two of us finish a domain in less then 40 sec

I know they'll improve overtime, and I get it, they're a new company, but let's be real here. They clearly got inspired by genshin, so they already had a concept in mind for the mechanics, etc, etc. Yet they decided to follow genshin's short comings too. Like how story quests are more about NPCs... They could've done something different. The only good coming from this game are the rewards they spoil you with. Making the players blind of their shortcomings and be loyal to them.
@@Tsirkon well the story quests are... story quests. it builds the world and makes you immersed in it. what would you like the story to be about? mainly the main character? the story would be so stale... no side quests to give you lore about the world, no npc related quests that give you more information on certain items / areas. look at HSR, their quests are focused 70% of the time on characters other than the main character, with side quests and event quests here and there to build the world. that is what gets you a content-rich story that keeps you engaged and begging for more.
hell, firefly's lore was referenced from anime like gundam and neon genesis bearing quite a few similarities in the vibe and story. but i still found it cool and badass despite pretty much predicting how her lore is gonna be like, because they fed bits and pieces of her story and built a background behind her which led to what we know her for today. in fact, i came back to HSR just because of firefly.
honestly, i'm enjoying WuWa way more than i ever did genshin. the combat is engaging, the story is pretty alright, the characters look great, the world is breathtaking (unreal engine 4). there are some things that irk me like how if i want to rechallenge a boss like Jue i have to load out and back in again instead of just restarting, but all these QoL changes will come with time.
rewards are welcome regardless. its a gacha game where i pull for my mommys and daddys, not some story directed by shakespear

If you have friends co-op is fun, you can literally do nothing in the game and still laughin and gigglin with ur friends for no apparent reason lol
I think that the time it takes to play a game should not be taken into account, it depends a lot on the level. Second, forget that there IS a weekly boss for multiplayer who is a powerful giant turtle.
I prefer coop in genshin more because the monster will be tougher and thats the fun part. Most of the coop i enter in wuwa, players are overpowered and finish so fast that i don’t even enjoy the combat😂

...That's because we are all under leveled. Back when Genshin first came out, we were all destroying things in seconds because everybody had a low world level. Genshin's combat isn't fun for me anymore because now I kill everything too fast, hopefully Wuwa won't be the same at max levels.

When I was in world LV 5, most of the ppl don’t even know how to set up or having any good artifact, we use a lot of time back then to clear the domain or weekly boss (overworld is pretty easy). Domain monster is lvl 90 while most of our character is 80. And even now AR 56-60 coop in domain, we still use 30-1min to clear the mob unless there are whales which can clear less than 30 secs.
@@Teddy-wz9mw When did you start playing? It might also be that the domains themselves we had only had hillichurls and slimes for the most part. We didn't have tougher domains until Inazuma. Liyue and Mondstadt had simple domains.

These weekly bosses are easy asf. I too wished there was more co-op, but to use the argument of 'new players could need carry' is bad. A 10 year old playing on a lvl 40 4* could solo lvl 70 Dreamless easy lol

@@GTRaijin you'd be surprised that majority of genshin players only play it for the story, exploration and the characters and most of them dont even touch the abyss. There's a reason why genshin never increase the difficulty, they obviously see the trends/completions and their data shows that. I think alot of people are expecting a different thing from genshin. It will never be a hardcore game, it never promised to be. It seems that the casual player understands it more than the hardcore gamers who spend too much money on OP characters they have no use for.
It also frustrating that it can’t coop any of the exploration or side quests, which I just wrote as feedback because my level 40 characters can’t deal with the Mt Firmament level 65 mobs 😂

Well, there's only one weekly boss that is available for co-op which is the Bell Bourne since you can just find it in open world sleeping on its den😅 I personally think you don't even need to play co-op against that giant tortoise because, to me, it just seems like your average world bosses. But that boss surely brings me back to Tower of Fantasy Vibes when me and my crew does boss raids back then 🤣 Such a nostalgic feeling haha

Now in Wuwa you will be infront of a Forgery/simulation challenge, and you will click "Match" and maybe one or two of the 10-minute limits will go off, before you find someone.
It's basically not worth it to even "match" unless it's a forgery for a brand new sought after character (to where maybeeee others are also matching)
The wuwa weekly boss does suck, I liked doing weeklies with genshin randoms or friends... Wuwa you can legit only do the Turtle (out of jue/scar/dreamless, because they aren't in the overworld)
When I saw Yinlin, Jiyan and Calcharo in the same team I was like: welp so much for a boss fight 💀💀

Also i dont love when we have to go all the way to collect rewards or restart domain in genshin, but in wuwa we just have to take like 5 steps and will restrat in the same small room so its not taking time.

It was the same in Genshin with the first domains like the Viridescent artifact farming. Everyone was dying in one Venti burst. But it's normal for them to add harder domains or bosses with multiple phases.
That being said, real endgame players, still destroy them in under 30 seconds
It also applies to some talent domains as well 20 30 seconds is the aberage for me
@@Gennosuke1983ironically for end game player co-op is a way to kneewcap your time clear spd. But it is the most fun way to play if you want to see the randomness it can get from stupidest reaction too mega Whale clearing under 30 second and still takes longer then play solo
