Dashie, for the helicopter route, you can't put the fuel into the hose just like that. On the helicopter pad, there's gonna be shipping containers. You need bolt cutters to break the chains, then in the containers, will contain the fuel pump (or whatever it is). Then you push it towards the helicopter and attach the hose to the pump, and add the fuel. So there was no bug in the game :p
