One, these are not my quotes, I am a writer yes but of these particular quotes I am not. Two, these are quotes that I’ve found throughout the years but they stuck with me. But I will say coming from the mindset I was two years ago compared to now. I’ve realized something about the pain I experienced. It always happened for a reason and I’ve been through some things that genuinely left me with absolutely no one. But that taught me to be grateful for myself, to decide that if others didn’t see my value I would, because somewhere in me was still just a child who wanted to be loved. And if no one else would be that person for her, I have a responsibility as the older one now to do that.
