Minolta MD 24-35mm on Pixco Speed Booster.
This concerns a problem that might affect other lenses and speed boosters as well. Specifically, it involves the Minolta MD 24-35mm zoom lens mounted on a Pixco Speed Booster MD - M4/3.
While I encountered no issues using a Minolta 28mm prime lens with the Pixco Speed Booster, the 24-35mm zoom lens presented a problem where the aperture wouldn't close. This issue was traced back to a protruding pin at the rear of the lens. Additionally, there were challenges in achieving infinity focus. Fortunately, addressing both problems involved a straightforward intervention on the lens and Pixco Speed Booster, and that's the focus of today's video.
