Here are a few suggestions:
For stomp, you could use the animation used in WoS when amy uses a similar move, the hammer spinning one i believe.
Maybe also make her move her head a little bit when running/attacking since it feels stiff, but this is just opinion cuz its what was done in WoS too iirc.
Anyways, you dont have to do it, I'll still be looking forward to your projects :)

An idea: make the rings look like her memory tokens in sonic frontiers, but broken and withered.

I'm undecided so I'll say the characters that come to mind to replace the other exes:
Metal exetior.
Chaos hunter.
Inner tails.
Pervision.
I think sark fits more as chaos. Sark also has this like dash thing
(I've seen it on NU Series)

For the final exe mod when he finished the others three of course these are my theroies chaos hunter, fleetway, and the final one is mephlis (you know he killed sonic in 06 in a different alternative timeline)
Idea: It could be hard to make but you could make Crazed Amy have more blood stains the less survivors are in the game. For say if there is 6 survivors there would be no blood stains But if there is one survivor she would have blood all over her
I don't know if it's possible to be able to code that but I'm not doubting
you cant code or modify the games code, only make reskins
