This is awesome! Never knew how people did carving, so fascinating. Would definitely pay for your tutorials.

As someone who is a super beginner I truly appreciate the real time tutorial! I need to see the reality 😂 also thank you so much for talking about safety gear, it’s something that is often left out of crafting tutorials.

As a newbie to Blythe I would love to have a full tutorial if you do one. I bought face plates to practice on. Thanks for this great video!

You make it look easy with just a few simple tools. I'm hooked on this and just received my first practice face, can wait to get started!

Thank you so much for making this video! I've been learning customization, literally, piece by piece. I am really stuck on the nose carving, though. I get the general idea, but I can't figure out how people get the finished noses so smooth and realistic looking. In this video, the nose part that I need is off camera or sped up so I can't follow it. The mouth carving instructions in this video are detailed an superb! It's so easy to see every tweak you make to it to finally get it to look the way you want it. I would be so grateful if you would do a nose carving video that is really easy to follow and detailed, like the lip carving in this video. This was the best instruction video that I have seen, and I have seen every one of them trying to see someone do a complete nose, with no luck. I' have subscribed to your channel so I will keep checking back. I had no problem watching this entire video three times, so long is good. Thank you!

This was the most magnificent tutorial. I love that you use the filing tools instead of the knives. This tutorial was perfect the way that you filmed we are able to pause and rewind. Basic carving is all that I needed to get started. Thank you for sharing your skills. ✨✨✨

can you tell the model of jsda machine? or which you recommend to buy :)

  • @tibbs4000

I wonder why you didnt remove the painting on lips before you start carving. That way its easier to check for symmetry.
