My mum would have looked at any bike of mine in that same condition and sincerely said to me, "This is why we can't have nice things." Shimano pdm 520 pedals work so well , cost very little and are so durable its not worth bothering with k ock off copies
The shimano are great, these aren’t really knock offs. Look also make a shimano mtb pedal. It’s just a less known brand.
