Simply Kodes Eh, Lungs Era Florence often performed drunk, had a lot of off key performances, and she had the tendency to just shout her songs instead of belting properly, resulting to her damaging her voice that one time at the start of Ceremonials Tour. Now her technique is amazing, a bit pitchy still, but understandable given her running and movements.

I think you're mistaken for Lana Del Rey because Florence's lives are better than her studio versions.
