If wife intentionally left husband and made false 498A Case, and MC if husband sends talaq e ehsan we still need to give maintenance to wife? If at all to give maintenance if wife stays away fm husband whether wife misses it without consent of husband if she made relationship with another men then how should the maintenance be. Give??
