Definitely contact Mezco about it especially since it seems to be a widespread issue. The best move is just have 2. One of them already folded and one normal Tommy gun. Whenever weapons come with foldable pieces or extra for the sake of being extra always makes me weary and just avoid it at all cost. Sorry that sucks that that happened kinda takes that joy out.
