some of the your colonies are in nests but still in their test tubes, but those tubes are exposed to direct light? are those species adapted to have daylight conditions in the queens chamber? or is there some method of concealment you weren't showing that was giving the queens their darkness so they aren't stressed from the daylight?
No, they arent exposed to light. I keep them on the ground next to my desk, but are never under any light. For my small setups, even though theyre on my desk, there also isnt any light shining on them
They were dominating that spider and it was still moving but they kept biting it and the spider was “like get off me” and I was like dang that spider is big and it was eating it

I keep a colony of dark rover ants and they have seven workers now
Oh nice nice! Hope they continue growing :D
some of the your colonies are in nests but still in their test tubes, but those tubes are exposed to direct light? are those species adapted to have daylight conditions in the queens chamber? or is there some method of concealment you weren't showing that was giving the queens their darkness so they aren't stressed from the daylight?
No, they arent exposed to light. I keep them on the ground next to my desk, but are never under any light. For my small setups, even though theyre on my desk, there also isnt any light shining on them
Could I perhaps still have a chance to get a queen or is that over..?
Yes, but in the northern hemisphere most queens have finished their flights.
@@EnderAnts I live in a Nevada, so could I possibly catch them?
By any chance can I catch them if I’m in Nevada?
Maybe, if its still warm then yes, but if already cold there then I don’t think any would still be flying
They were dominating that spider and it was still moving but they kept biting it and the spider was “like get off me” and I was like dang that spider is big and it was eating it
I know right, this thing was actually larger than I thought it was when it was next them.
Ender Ants I joined the discord just letting you know😁
thank you thank you! Hopefully we’ll see each there soon :D

@@EnderAnts why did you stop uploading vids
@@theweeb499 I started uploading again! But in short it was a loss of motivation and interest in the hobby.
Do a 2021 ant room tour
Plan to record one before the year ends and upload it in January or sometime in December :D
@@EnderAnts I would love to watch it . I have seen this video before but still I enjoy your video every time I watch it that's why I thought lets watch it
@@EnderAnts Can you also make a video on how do you transfer small ant colony to big ant colony ?
Would you consider opening a shop so people could by ants easier?
If i had a stock of Pogonomyrmex occidentalis, then I might. Also if I make nests, but I have something similar to this in the very early works 🤫
@@EnderAnts thanks I’m only a beginner
