Idk if it was unintentional and this is probably a weird place to comment it but!! I love how the shard-bearers have like a sort of separation-of-identity thing? Like obviously you get Pandora > Verity, but then there’s also Arcadia becoming Cadell, Tristyn becoming Anon, and Ayaka technically “becoming” everyone else with her narrative powers; but it’s also like. These identities are all still connected to each other, just like the stories are connected via the shards themselves
Idk where i was going with this im just brainvomiting here but do you get what im getting at
