My understanding is that water should never go in the crown of the plant. After soaking my orchids, I always wipe the leaves down, yet I’m seeing that you spray the plant and leave it and your orchids are beautiful! Which is the right way?

As long as you do it on a warm day and in the morning it will be fine. A lot of orchids especially phaleonopsis do not like their crowns wet during the night.

You put the lid on the garlic/water mixture and the sticks in the garlic are still on the board. Next you show the cutting up of the banana but, in the background, you can see the sticks in the garlic in the container with the moss. Some steps seem to have been deleted or missed in the video.
