The masala layer on the chicken is most probably the chicken skin, just similar to how there is excess spice deposition on a fish skin same concept. Nice work though..

I want to tell you something.... As right now you are planning to go to atleast one city of each and every state of india.... According to me let the channel grow for sometime in between because as you already covered almost 10-11 states... And the views are in between 100-200k..... So its my suggestion to have some break in it.... So let the channel be grow for sometime and then do the videos of the next states as well...
And as you told that you are on loss by making these videos... So thats my suggestion let the channel surpass 600-700k subscribers and then do the videos of next states in queue... That will be really helpful...

You are right as of this day i am running the show on cash loss majorly bcoz my costs are high as you notice.... in the video... food plus travel plus stay... plus i go to any state or city for good 10 to 12 days and sometimes more like Goa or Sikkim....
Taking break would not really do justice to the whole exercise... i have travelled to 14 sates till now.....
I think at this place i can break even in 12 to 15 or 18 months from now.. which is not bad.....
