Wow! Akaka Falls walk looks really opened up since they cut down the albizia's. The views of both Falls were really amazing. Loved the rainbow in the mist. The amount of water still flowing over both of them is still far more than normal. It has really changed the look of Rainbow Falls too. Mahalo Scott for going back and showing us after the storm footage.
Spectacular . I took a pic of Rainbow Falls for my cell phones screen thing so I get to look at it every day. The waterfall are in full swing, makes me want to be there so badly. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking us their.

I find it especially interesting to see how the falls change as the flow varies. Thank you for both films!

They are both beautiful! So are all the feeding falls and side falls! So wish I could afford to come see them in person on one of your tours. ~~ If you ever get over to North Georgia, you might want to check out my favorite falls, Amicalola Falls. It's a cascade type waterfall, 729 ft of "Tumbling Waters" which is what Amicalola means in Cherokee. It's spectacular!
WoW!! Scott, it's absolutely beautiful there!! The rainbow falls look wonderful! I forget what they looked like before the hurricane, so I'll have to go back and look. There are falls all over there! I just love the sound! Made me more sleepy listening. Lol Guess I'll have to go to sleep now. It's late. Glad I don't have to get up for work any more!
