I'm the exact same age as you and spent my early teen years brooding in my bedroom making zines and listening to Bikini Kill. All of your content is incredibly nostalgic for me. I feel like we absolutely would have been friends in high school.

I’m in year two of owning a brick and mortar store and would love to hear you talk more about your experience as a small business owner!
If you’re taking time out of your life. You might want to look into a culinary program at a junior college and see if they offer a pastry chef program/certification. Usually junior colleges offers technical training skills at a very low cost. I went thru such a program at my local junior college and that helped polish my baking skills, perfected my recipe creating skills and got me to the next level of baking at a professional level. If you and your partner want to start a pastry/baking business I suggest both of you do it.
