She needs to find a niche. Right now she is mid way between games for kids and low budget games. Also the production quality is very poor. Flood your work space with light. Suspected the camera over your work by string. Never do face cam wrong. Camera 4' away at eye level zoomed in. Talk while you work but then fast forward and jump cut. Mute the original audio. Put in audio of you in a quiet room (pillow fort) narrating. Research ambient music that fits the mood. Who is your audience: mothers, kids or teaches. Talk to them directly, teachers are your best bet. Also be careful about trademark games try not to call them by name. If you used a manila folder stickers and zip lock you can reuse it. Cut the sob story and put it in a separate video. If you got kids exploit them as models. Demonstrate the rules of the game the tactics of the game and the lesson of the game. Use power point for information: name, date, email, budget, materials, thanks and/or final product. You can even have the same video for two budgets.
