T Rosso Thank you for sharing that information. Wished I’d had a chance to speak with him and share stories. Those Valiants were and still are workhorses!
When dad bought the family’s ‘63 white Valiant in early 70’s, it had 40K miles on it and it belonged to a lady-It was in superb shape and that’s why it lasted us a long time.
I don't know how it is on the east coast, but on the west coast spectators don't touch the cars. That guy and his kid had their paws all over a couple of those show cars. I cringed when I saw the kid leaning on the fender of the General Lee, a definite No-No. You can look but don't touch.
I enjoyed looking at some of the cars that our family used to own. Nice video!
great video of a great weekend!
Thanks, awesome cars, wasn’t it a blast?
@@TheBackyardFox yep same time next year!
The four door Valiant you were looking at belongs to a guy who drove it in high school. He's now like 40 something!

And the Valiant wagon that you were looking at in great depth was mine. Thanks for taking the interest.
T Rosso No, thank you for showing that beautiful wagon. Brought back lots of high school memories.
