Working outdoors in my backyard doing DIY projects is what I enjoy the most. Too many projects and not enough time. I do venture indoors as well. I’ll tackle almost anything from masonry to carpentry, welding to...well like I said, just about anything. My motto is, I’ll either fix it or break it.
My venture into doing TH-cam videos is new to me. Just another challenge, and while I’m not looking to become the latest TH-cam sensation, I’m merely interested in documenting some of the projects I take on and putting them out there so I can share my DIY experiences.

TIMELAPSE: WOOD to CONCRETE Pool Deck in Under 10 Minutes
We decided to remove our old wooden cedar deck and replace it with a concrete deck. Thanks to Acevedo Concrete and Koolcote of San Antonio.

Mini Bike Setup & Test Drive Massimo MB200

Had so much fun putting this bike together. Simple setup and we had a great time out on the trails. This is a Massimo MB200 Warrior. Be sure and practice safe riding. Always were a helmet. This was a test drive under dry clear conditions on open trails and we never went over 20 mph.
Squirrels Are Cute But This Story Made Me Sad

We have many squirrels in our back yard and are a joy to watch. They are a bit of a pest to some people and can be destructive at times. However, we enjoy watching them run around foraging for food and being silly. This video shows that they are animals and they will protect what's theirs.

they released a new model this summer 2022. the mb200s, got rear shocks and a torque converter, raised the capacity to 220lbs and claim 25 mph, for 699 on massimos website. i just bought one. its so new there are no reviews. but the swingarm is like the trailmaster. about 500 clams cheaper. i love to mini

I just got this bike 'used' today and it's awesome. Since it's used, I really don't know what is considered to be normal or not. When I was a kid when I had my Mini Bikes and they have come a long way as far as size. First off it starts to vibrate at higher almost full throttle speeds. I am not sure if this is to be expected, but it does make me kind of concerned like something isn't quite right. Then I looked closer and the throttle is being held with a zip tie about 1" loop where it connects the cable to near the throttle body . Right under the gas tank so I cant really see what's going on...looks like they did a quick fix and didn't bother replacing a broken cable (that's assuming without getting in closer to see). Ohh and the chains were dry so I just sprayed WD-40 since that's the closest thing I have to an oil...I know it's not really considered oil, but until I get proper oil, I used it. The chains are still quite noisy...I know they were a little back in the day, but I only had a single chain direct to the clutch. Not the extra chain, nor the chain tensioner and spindle. It sounds like a spun bearing to be honest, but the engine sounds great and normal. Are the noises from all the chain stuff normal? Other than that, it's a cool bike and I hope my kids enjoy it as much as I do.
I don't have this one exactly but the Coleman version, and yeah they pretty much all vibrate at full throttle. They're basically just a lawnmower engine on a chain

@@Алек-д7щ - I’m not familiar with California laws unfortunately. You may need to check with your local DMV office. If your bike has all that then it would make sense that you just need to apply for your tags. Good luck!

@@TheBackyardFox when I ride it’s sometimes it makes a loud noise like chain stuck but it’s not. I turn off bike and turn back on and sound is gone. Bikes brand new any solutions

@@TheBackyardFox lol. I thought it odd it came in a metal frame. Full size bikes are transported in all wood, even the cross members are wood.

A few months ago bought my daughter a doodle bug project she’s 8 I finished it and then a few days ago I picked up one of these as a project for me to ride along with her. Mine has a new 212 predator on it just needs cosmetics

I just had my phone stolen out of my car. It was either stolen when I was pumping gas or a creepy neighbor stole it. One good thing is that they don't have the password and they can't do a damn thing with it now. Jokes on them!!! I don't care I'll buy another phone. Good you got your phone back, it was an Apple, they are expensive!

Correct, it’s not street legal. It’s for trail riding only.

Hello, thank you for your video. I just started my mini bike for the first time and ran it for about 15 seconds. White smoke was coming from the black box under the seat while running. So I turned it off. Is this normal? I noticed in your video, it didn’t look like it was producing any smoke
Just making sure that you added oil as instructed. Make sure the gas valve is turned to the on position. Once it starts, turn off choke. If you still get smoke let it run a couple minutes and it should start idling normally and the white smoke should clear. Good luck!

Where did you get the pieces to attach the handle bars to the bike? My mini bike didn’t come with those :(

thanks for the video! It says 25MPH and the gas tank holds about .93 gallon fuel. How much of the actual mileage did it give it to you? Does it have any indicator of when the gas is about to be done?
@Vikram Tiwari - It’s difficult to estimate the miles per gallon. It does not have a fuel gauge or odometer. I top off the gas tank every time I take it out. Thanks for your question and sorry I couldn’t give you an answer. Have a great day!

I put a up grade muffler. On. Works way better. Don’t bother with up grade air filter if your riding in the woods.

What specific engine oil is the best for high performance?
SAE 10W-30 for 4 stroke engines is what manufacturer recommends.
@@TheBackyardFox I could swore my manual says 15w40 but I do live in a climate that reaches to below zero.
@@xaviermccloud4586 - Actually you are correct. 10W-30 will be fine in cold weather but 10W-50 would be best under extreme cold weather. 👍

@Jwacc c - Takes SAE 10W-30 for 4 strokes engines. Runs on regular unleaded gasoline. Thanks for your question!

That's pretty neat! I built a mini-bike from scratch. Probably has half the features of this and I bet mine cost 2x as much! It's amazing how expensive it is to build stuff like this even if you have all the welding tools and machining tools. I did it for the fun of it of course.
