Hey everyone!! I just want to add in for the Folex spray - do not RUB the product in - it is a spot removal spray, meaning dab the product up and down with a paper towel - rubbing actually pushes the stain deeper into the carpet. I just wanted to clarify that since I clean carpets at my job 😉

Yes! I learned the hard way with one of my rugs. The stain would go away and then reappear later since I pushed it further into the rug when rubbing. Thankfully I was able to steam clean it out!
Hello david what product do you recommend to whiten back a stained carpet? I have george machine in here and i am planning to sell it in facebook marker since it is too bulky

A great way to remove difficult lids is to don a rubber glove. It gives you great traction and usually works really well. I like those suction cup holders you showed. Never seen those before but I always take a couple of suction cup hooks with me when I travel. Hotel bathrooms never have enough hooks and they are great for hanging things like your shower cap or other light items.
What a great idea to take suction cup hooks with you when travelling. When I order some of these in the videos I will order a couple of extra to throw into the bag with my travel gear. Thanks. (yes I use a rubber glove as well)
@@rocklobstah1876 yup what I do. I'll also wack it on a slight angle in the direction it opens for the stubborn ones. Done that most my life and it hasn't failed yet! But the jar opener would also be handy lol

The pink stuff is the only thing I have found to remove hard water stains from my glass shower doors and windows too!
I just spent a solid 5 minutes looking at "zappy sticks" as I have decided they are called, just being mesmerized by technology (despite it appearing that these are not particularly *new* technology). I immediately shared this information with a candle loving friend (I'm not a candle person myself) who has told me that she just heard about them recently too and is going to be getting one soon.
Wow, 7/10 products on my list immediately! Keep these types of practical lists coming, cannot wait to get the pink stuff, have fought with my worn porcelain sink for 5 years!
The pink stuff worked on my shower and tub to remove years of buildup- tried many products. Would highly recommend!

The carpet rake is a must have with pets! I have two cats and I’m amazed after vacuuming how much hair the rake gets up. Big fan of the pink stuff and folex too!

I have the electric lighters…love them. For Christmas I gave everyone a beautiful candle and one of these lighters and they were a hit!

I also got one of the pet hair rakes for the carpet in my Jeep that tends to really hold that pet hair. Game changer!
Love that rechargeable lighter, wonder if it works for other things like the grill or starting paper in the fire pit.
Also I think I need the pink stuff! I've never used it and keep seeing recommendations!

Happy Wednesday! Thank you for sharing great finds as always!! My favorite was the Uproot Clean gadget to clean the rugs. My heater in both carpeted bedrooms are base bottoms and it's very difficult to vacuum the area parallel to the heater. This gadget will scrape away dust that has collected over time. What I have been doing is cleaning it by hand with gloves as much as I can. This tool is genius. Also I have used Rakuten for years. With cash back its the only way I shop online👍🏼😊

Just an FYI regarding the carpet rake: it does not work on plush nap carpet. I have a thicker area rug & it did not work.

I love the jar opener. I got one exactly like it from QVC 20+ years ago and rarely see it! It’s awesome.
Ever since a teen after my mom taught me how to open any jar….I still do it. Hold jar upside down, hitting the edge of the lid on a hard floor tap it..just a little stronger. You don’t want to break it. I never ever have…then .turn it over give it a good solid turn and you will hear a POP ..ta ta. It will open.
@@shirleyjjohnston5469 I cannot seem to find the old school round thin non-slip textured grip pads my grandmother used, fortunately when we bought our house over 20 years ago, they left one behind and we still have it - works like a charm every time!

I’ve always used “Comet” on a porcelain sink, cleans stains and scratch marks and also stains out of porcelain coffee cups
I’ve use Comet over 15 years. I make a paste, let it sit for 10minutes as I do something else, then rinse it off. Shinny clean. Kills the bad stuff. I love it
Comet it full of chemicals but it does clean well. Try barkeepers friend instead but note it
is an acid (not base).

bee. using carpet takes (lint remover scraper) for ages..showed it on my channel, loads my clients now own them?
also for sinks, and marks my best advice is buy 'magic eraser' I used the. for loads of things..again good of sinks, shoes...after I heard about them and started using them, alot of my clients now got them for when o clean their houses 😊

I typically don't watch these types of videos because I don't need more "crap" in my house and i'm a sucker for gadgets - but hello! - i'm getting those duvet corners! I just got a new duvet and cover from ikea and neither have attachy things inside. i thought i was going to have to sew some buttons and elastic bands on them... but now i don't think so. Thanks Kristen! Also, that dispenser is really cool - you can put oxiclean in there because it's always a pain to dig in the box! As for the jar opener I read one time to keep your man feeling like a man, give him jars to open, so that's what my hubs is for. Keeps our marriage fresh - ha ha ha ha!
