Thank you! We used an air saw to modify the opening. After the opening was modified we applied zinc galvanized to any of the bare metal areas and then covered that area with Hushmat sound damping once the zinc galvanized dried.
@@daveroski You are right. Most shops do not go to that length with their installations. We are in business to provide enhancements to vehicles. If we don’t take those steps there is a high potential for rust to occur, which in our opinion would not be enhancing, but degrading the quality of the vehicle. So we do those steps any time our installation will create bare raw metal in an area that will be exposed to the elements!
We did not make any templates to mass replicate the amplifier mount. If you are local to our facility we can have you bring the vehicle in to fabricate the mount.
😂. .. I speak on this because I deal with the safety and emergency situations a lot! When someone is giving a description of a vehicle that's being searched for that's just say in a turnover off the highway, is easier to look for a van if it's a van versus looking for a car and it's a van. I'm not picking on you!@@sorealsounds
Nice work!
@@RajunCajun1 Thank you
Nice job! What tool did you use to cut off the ears/tabs in 6-1/2” opening? And was that primer on it to prevent rust or sound treatment ?

@@sorealsounds awesome. I doubt many shops take the time to do that :)

How did you negate the active noise cancelation system going through the subs?
We disconnected the microphones in the front and rear of the vehicle
Do you sell the amp mount? I need one

What about the last seat hide position?
