- A collection of moments from my full playthrough of the Yakuza 7/Yakuza: Like a Dragon randomizer run. It took some time to compile at least most of the moments I had in mind, and then I tried to take my time with this to make some edits come out the way I wanted them to, but I hope it was worth the wait for you all! :) This randomizer is the first of its kind for any Yakuza game and I sincerely hope we see more of these because they have the potential to add so much more replayability to the games. I like how the moment Majima is seen, a single headlock from joongi finishes him. Very canon, only thing missing is majima didn't immediately start dodging for 4 turns

I remember watching a speedrun of LAD randomizer and the guy doing the speedrun fought Tendo in the first Zheng fight. This mod sure is interesting, to say the least.
Hell yeah, I'd really love to see this rando grow and offer more options! Would also love to see more of them being made for other games

btw you're likely taking more damage perfect-guarding the Invincibillboards instead of taking the hit, they can't hit you while you're down.

Recruiting dudes to help you that were random encounters would be the Blue Mage equivalent for Yakuza.
Didn't think I'd ever see a character drop through the floor in these games, but this randomizer practically caused it to happen (17:35).

I actually already had one compilation in the works before stumbling upon this randomizer, so I paused editing on that to give priority to the randomizer highlights, will definitely try to get that done at some point :)

I did a fun (and crazy) thing this year on my channel where I played 9 Yakuza games all at the same time and switched between games after almost every fight. Closest thing to a randomizer I could do without mods. I did need a few playstation consoles though.

Imagine a mod where you are majima and the citizens are kiryu and majima, the cars are majima and kiryu, the bosses are kiryu and majima, the weapons are the moveset of kiryu and majima, every single friend of you are majima and the enemies are kiryu's

Hell, in games like Y4, Y5 and maybe Y0, make it so characters randomly switch
For example in the Saejima's part instead of facing saito in the prison, you face kiryu and instead of playing as saejima, you play as akiyama

Wish consoles allowed mods . Id play fallout, gta and zelda constantly. Diddnt even know this was a thing. Sadly i never beat like a dragon. I think im on chapter 7 after u get the homeless guy back and the game takes a drastic difficulty spile

I feel like this mod needs adjustments.
I feel like the enemies are scaled down TOO much. You come across enemies like Kiryu yet they do chip damage and you can beat them in a couple attacks. Obviously they can’t be anywhere near as strong as their normal versions but for them to be this extremely weak kinda ruins the entire point of enemy randomizers IMO.
