My problem is I don’t like doing just ONE THING! I feel like it becomes Manufacturing instead of crafting and design 🤷‍♀️

I have had my Cricut Joy for almost a year now and I used it once. I'm a person who is scared to do something in case I fail and I don't know how to not feel like that. I'm really good at crafting and I just want to be confident all around. I'm not sure how??? If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

We all fail…. But a failure is not a failure if we learn from it and go on to get better. You hear talk about “learning curve”… that is exactly what a learning curve is… attempt, fail, try again, using what you learned from the failures. So, get out your joy and embrace your failures.

I agree. We need to think more like Edison. He was asked how he felt about failing 10,000 times before he succeeded at making a working light bulb. He said "I did not fail 10,000 times... I have succeeded in proving that those 10,000 ways will not work!..."
Instead of saying "I failed" we need to say "Well, that's one way it doesn't work. Let's try again!" Even when we fail to get our desired result, we succeed in showing that some part of what we did will not work, so we need to figure out what that is, change that, and try again.

I’m having trouble with my machine either cutting too deep or absolutely butchering intricate designs.
