Well, I'm not a fan of his work. I just dont find him very funny or a very engaging interviewer. But I do appreciate when he does things like this, giving Sean and Hot Ones some spotlight.
Few things can bring a human such immediate distress as intensely spicy food. It's the same reason pepper spray is effective. That level of spicy heat takes over all your senses. Your heart starts pounding, mouth lips tongue throat are on fire, eyes watering, and a cool drink offers no relief. Very hot messes you up three times, once when eating, secondly in your gut (it feels horrible, like a furnace in your belly) Thirdly after release, which is often most painful of all. Variety is the spice of life, and spice is nice, but too much of a good thing, and you're in for a bad time.
