That Dussek was ever called "a lesser spirit" is quite unintelligible, when listening to this. He was a remarkable pianist, who was required all over Europe - even in St. Petersburg. If a pianist was hired to perform in St. Petersburg in those days, he was SOMEBODY!🌹
