Mumpar. Manpar soup with dumplings in Kazakh

Hello everyone I want to share a recipe for a very simple soup, which is prepared in a hurry from available products. This dish is very tasty and satisfying.
Ingredients:
Beef meat -300 gr
garlic -2 cloves

bulgarian pepper -1 piece
carrot - 1 piece
potato -2 pieces
tomato - 1 piece
tomato paste -0.5 tbsp
salt, black pepper to taste

flour -150g

water -30ml
