I’ve been wanting to go to Titanic for years, and now the hubby and I are finally taking a trip there next month! This will be a neat little place to pop in and grab a treat. So glad that my search for more info on Titanic introduced me to your channel! I’ve really been enjoying watching all of your videos showcasing the many things to do, see, and eat in the Smokies! Thanks for being our unofficial tour guides!
That looks like a wonderful place. The custard looked so good and the decor is beautiful. We just missed this by about a week. We were a few weeks too soon. Thanks for sharing this with us and for showing us what's new.
Looks tasty, but kind of weird at the same time. Outside of the mural of the Captain, I'm not sure I would have guessed it was a Titanic store. Not sure it fits, especially their mascot, who's plastered on everything. Sorry to sound negative. Glad you guys had fun.
I think you are on point. My wife and I have been through the exhibit twice and thought they did a good job being respectful of the tragedy. Opening this up and calling it an "Attraction" just doesn't feel right to me. I know most everything on the strip is there is to get $ out of tourists but this site has always presented itself differently. Seems flippant to have a gift shop selling fake icebergs.
Love the video's of you and your family traveling to Orlando, Florida, use to live in Hudson, Florida years ago , Disney World is the BEST, Hope you enjoy your time with your family 😊
Y’all are so lucky to live where there are so many fun things to do, heck just walking around is beautiful….that’s why I appreciate y’all so much, I get to go to places I’ll probably never get to visit!!!😊💕
Great video, Yankee in the South: The custard looks similar to iced custards of 1912 which would have been served to both first class and second-class passengers aboard the Titanic. (Interesting fact: in 1898 reporter Morgan Robertson who was looking for a story to hand into his editor has a very vivid, horrifying dream about a sinking ocean liner, an exact doppler ganger to The Titanic and the horrific incident that took place on that fateful night. Some believe that Robertson may have foretold of the horrific disaster that doomed the Titanic; in the early hours of the morning on April 15, 1912. Robertson's Novella: The Wreck of The Titan originally published in 1898, parallels the tragedy of the Sinking of the Titanic, fourteen years later.) -Happy Trails😀
I completely understand a refreshment shop being built next to the Titanic exhibition. But I feel that the products linked to the Titanic are in poor taste. Especially the Iceberg products. I find it strange that a disaster where over 1,500 people perished is celebrated. Sorry guys, maybe it's because I'm British. But i appreciate you did a good review of the place. Cheers
I'm kinda on the fence about this place. What does this place have to do with the titanic? It's kinda unsettling that the black and white photos on the menu board resemble children that died on the titanic holding a ice cream cone. Not to mention a chocolate covered iceberg??? I don't think I can be on board with this place. It's borderline disrespectful. Just my opinion.
I agree. A Titanic theme for something as happy as eating ice cream is a bit creepy. I have a dark sense of humor and can see humor in a lot of things, but the more I'm watching the video, the more it just comes off as cringe.
I struggle with this too. So many people perished in this tragedy. It’s like building an ice cream shop outside the 9/11 memorial and theming and selling merch in light of it. I just struggle with this “attraction” given so many people how suffered a terrible painful death. The museum itself is tasteful. I have to wonder if there were any survivors still alive today what they’d say?
The coffee originally served on Titanic for first- and second-class passengers would have been more than likely imported in from a south American county and of a high grade. Third class passengers would have also enjoyed coffee, but more than likely it would have been more of an economy grade of coffee. Historically, speaking Belfast wasn't known for producing coffee, only consuming it. But Belfast was known for producing some of the most remarkable vessels in the world. Interesting fact: Rose was only made up for the movie Titanic and there is no evidence to indicate that she ever existed, nor was ever on board the Titanic. Interesting fact: While there was no Jack Dawson on board the Titanic, there was a Joseph Dawson who sign on as a crew member of the Titanic and who tragically lost his life. during the sinking. A memorial headstone sits in Halifax Nova scotia among all of the other lost souls to remember Joseph Dawson. If any chocolates or candies were ever served on board the Titanic, they would have been hand made by the pastry chefs, of the day and distributed to both first- and second-class passengers. While some people love fudge and I'm glad that they do, I hate fudge. Interesting fact: The diamond named the Heart of the ocean, was only in the movie and isn't real and was never on the Titanic. While the ice cream looks good, I'm lactose intolerant and ice cream is a no go for me.
I just received a note from a subscriber who has a family member with cancer but he's getting better and would like to meet myself along with you guys when they visit Gatlinburg later this year..Wow, that's what it's all about there! I wish i could share the note on here but i thought you'd like to see this! 🙏
Off topic but personally I love your videos. Seeing the videos made on your channel are unnecessary but I guess that’s what you can expect entering into the social media world. Just remember who you guys are and don’t feed into them! Also personally I don’t like driving so you wouldn’t see me doing it often. Maybe she doesn’t either. Does it really matter what they do? Are they hurting anyone?
The flat taffy really takes you back , I always get excited when I see old fashioned candy from my era , those little wax shapes with colored liquid inside , candy cigarettes, and 5 cent bubble gum …. This was a cool video ❤from Tx
I have to be honest. I have very mixed feelings about this store. My opinion is not in anyway complaining about your video. I thought you did a great job giving the tour. On one hand I give the store owners credit. I think it was very beautifully laid out, very colorful and it did seem like the prices were reasonable. But I do have a problem that it seems like they are profiting off the backs of innocent people who died. Some of those people on that ship didn't even have a way to even try and save themselves. Considering the 1st class vs the 3 class sections of the boat. I have a real problem with toys like the ice berg squeeze balls. I don't find that kind of toy very entertaining when it comes at the expense of other people's lives. I've been through the museum and I will say I thought it was very well done. Very sensitive. But at least in that sense it makes you come out of the exhibit contemplating what happened and I feel like I learned something from it. But the custard store in my opinion is for pure profit. Technically if I was being nit picky the museum is for profit as well. But at least there is more sensitivity involved. I'm sorry if I am taking wind out of video. Again, I am not complaining about your video. I'm just giving a different perspective. Some might agree with me and some might not, which I respect. As always Will and Dawn I look forward to seeing more of your upcoming videos.
Thanks for the review guys. We will have to give this a try. Good meeting you guys (and your mom) earlier today and getting a picture with you and your infamous yellow Jeep! Keep up the great videos.
Looks cool… there’s sort of a place like this in Galveston, TX called La King's Confectionery it’s been there forever. I think people will just have to disengage of it actually being related to titanic the ship but more of a historical remembrance to the time period. I don’t really like the forced emoji person…. Not historically old and accurate of the theme and that’s what throws me off.
This is just me but I cannot and will not eat anything near a place or a place that represents a memorial of those whom have passed away. Its just not respectful. My great grandparents looked after their next door neighbors home while they were vacationing on the Titanic and well we all know how that ended.Lets just say they never came home.Respect!
We visited Gatlinburg area end of 2022..it was a weekend trip, so didn’t get to see a lot. We will definitely plan another trip to take in this attraction. I’ve always been intrigued with everything Titanic. Also, chocolate. Enjoyed this tremendous -:)
Enjoyed the video! My husband and I are coming to Pigeon Forge with a group the middle of May. We’ll be touring the Titanic, having a “behind the scenes” special meal, like they probably would’ve had on board, going to Anakeesta, and a few other things. The Middle of May should be just about perfect for frozen custard!!!! Great review of this new addition.
My family and I have been to Pigeon Forge recently ( and when they started building the place) and wondered what it was-or going to be... kind of weird its being called an "attraction" when its basically just a custard shop with souvenirs....
I find this to be super distasteful and odd. The titanic was not just a fictional story… 1500 people died in the pitch dark freezing ocean. And now we are making chocolate ice bergs and kids captain plushies…
I feel like this is a little in poor taste of them to do. You guys should distance yourself from this offensive place. Profiting off of the victims of the disaster. The store still seems fun though but where do you draw the line? What's next? The 9/11 pizza parlor with the twin towers toppings bar?
I am a new subscriber. In 2017 I visit Nashville and Chaatanoga, TN. I live in Puerto Rico a USA territory and TN has to offer many beautiful and interesting sites. Thanks for sharing!
Will and Dawn, that frozen custard looked so good! Will, I love that long thin taffy and I haven't seen it since 1980 something. Really enjoyed your video. Love y'all!❤️❤️
Looks like your weather is warm enough for frozen custard. Weird isn't it? We're in Alabama and it's short wearing time again- for now. Waiting for that second winter to show up after Valentine's.
Yall are so stinking cute together lol OMG I love that flat taffy and you're right, I haven't seen it in a while except Cracker Barrel!!! I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee custard! That looks so good! Thanks so much for sharing and taking us along!!! So much fun!!!
Yum! I love ice-cream. Anyone who knows me, knows that ice cream is my weakness. We will have to stop there next time we are in Pigeon Forge. Love your videos!
Hello, Blue Polo's sister here! We were there in April of 2023 and we went to Hatfield and McCoys. We don't even remember this being built. Thank you for giving us a new list of things to do when we visit again.
That was a great video. I shared it with my brother and his wife. They will be going there in March for their grandson birthday. He is all about the Titanic.
We'll stop by for an ice cream after we tour the museum. 😊🍦 thanks Will and Dawn 💓
Nice place and the prices are reasonable. Yumm

Thank you so much 🤗
I love they have a pin. I collect pins from all places I go to. Can't wait to try this. Those prices are amazing.
Looks like a cute place, thanks for showing us the titanic custard and chocolate experience
Looks tasty, but kind of weird at the same time. Outside of the mural of the Captain, I'm not sure I would have guessed it was a Titanic store. Not sure it fits, especially their mascot, who's plastered on everything. Sorry to sound negative. Glad you guys had fun.

No that’s valid! I work here and you just summed up my thoughts exactly. But nonetheless I do love my workplace
Thank you for the nice review of the Titanic Custard Shop. It looks like a fun little shop!
It really is!
This place looks super cool we will be visiting soon thanks for sharing God Bless
I think that it looks fanastic. If you don' t like it, don't go.🎉🎉🎉🎉 🎉🎉
Thanks for this tour 😊
Thanks for sharing.
You bet
LOVE your videos , you should do more of the country, do more traveling on the backroads, those are the best, Love seeing the countryside ❤❤❤❤
Thank you

I agree, I was shocked when I first saw the museum and it had the iceberg next to it 😢
I am so glad I am not the only one thinking this! It feels like they are profiting off of those who perished.

Agree completely! This seems like an offensive money grab. Very disrespectful.
I was thinking the same thing. What is the connection? Totally unrelated to the Titanic. Seems like it belonged in Dollywood 🤷🏻♀️
I thought the same thing. Seems very tone deaf 😢
I struggle with this too. So many people perished in this tragedy. It’s like building an ice cream shop outside the 9/11 memorial and theming and selling merch in light of it. Fun video, I was about to ask how much candy was made by local businesses.. Cool Pin!!
Good prices!
Thanks for sharing. Will have to check it out. God bless.
Thank you 😃

Pretzel ice cream cones!

I'm sure the custard is good. However, I find it strange that why would anyone want to ride on the skip of a sunken ship for a business $$$ 😢
😃👍🍦
Yummmy!!
Looks very good!
We visited Gatlinburg area end of 2022..it was a weekend trip, so didn’t get to see a lot. We will definitely plan another trip to take in this attraction. I’ve always been intrigued with everything Titanic. Also, chocolate. Enjoyed this tremendous -:)
Loved it thank you🎉🇱🇷🙏❤️
😃👍❤️
Love the Titanic museum.
A lot of interesting candy😊.. the custard really sounds good ❤.. thank you for sharing..
My pleasure 😊
Im wondering Is it good as Andy's cluster or about the same great video as always
It's good
what a cute custard shop, all looks so good!
So good!
I went today. It’s not an “attraction” unfortunately but a gift shop with custard. I also am not a fan of the cheesy mascot there’s using for Titanic.
All the Iceberg products are in very poor taste
Looks good! Fun place to visit. God bless from Diane in Oklahoma!❤
It’s very nice stuff hoodies, jewelry, pins, more etc love it. ❤
Oh look good ice cream 🍨
Thank you watching it. 🫶🏻❤️
I will have to put this place on my list to stop. Looks pretty cool. Thanks for sharing 😊
😃👍❤️
Isn’t there supposed to be a museum? Or there should be a museum in that model of 🚢 ship.?
Have you been to the downtown Flavortown?
Yes, but it's been a while
Looks fun!
All the sweeties (candy) look good, especially the Scottish stuff. All that Tunnocks goodness. "That's the goodness, Dawn"! But I'm biased.🤪 🇺🇸🏴
Thanks Steve
Kind of sad I have to admit. They did not have to theme it on tragedy. What is next? Hindenburg hamburger joint???
Enjoyed the video! My husband and I are coming to Pigeon Forge with a group the middle of May. We’ll be touring the Titanic, having a “behind the scenes” special meal, like they probably would’ve had on board, going to Anakeesta, and a few other things. The

One more place Im excited to visit. Thank you for taking us along. ❤️
Thank you
That looked better than the museum. 😋
I've never been to the museum yet

Wow, the custard prices are really affordable,
Looks like your weather is warm enough for frozen custard. Weird isn't it? We're in Alabama and it's short wearing time again- for now. Waiting for that second winter to show up after Valentine's.

Yum! I love ice-cream. Anyone who knows me, knows that ice cream is my weakness. We will have to stop there next time we are in Pigeon Forge. Love your videos!

Sounds like my kind of place I love frozen custard 💕

I clicked a video with your faces on the thumbnail earlier and they were making fun of you. Can't believe they are able to do that!
The internet is full of them lol
Been there at the Tıtanıc, an experience to ss
There is some a bit macabre about this! Making money off of such a tragedy. Not going there!
Ok
Culver's has the best custard...better than ice cream
Can’t wait to go there !! Wonderful video !! Dawn - your blouse was so pretty and the color looked great on you !! ❤
Thank you so much!
