Edit: I also like battlefield and it's had a couple games with manual healing, it's just limiting it like bo4 and bf did. Always makes me play a healer to get infinite heals.
This gave me an idea. Perk Greed, Enforcer (which I usually run Scavenger, Assassin, and Bankroll), Guardian, Stim-Shot, War Cry. As an objective player, it covers me in a lot of ways. getting extra ammo as I move between objectives, earning extra score and dampening score streak costs to support the team and what not. Guardian will help if I take damage on objectives and I’m not in a position to get a kill fast enough to start the regen myself, and War Cry would give a brief period where I would not need to rely on my stim shot as much when taking damage outside of an objective/during a gun fight I’d rather evade than challenge. I really love this style of videos from you, I’ve been watching since MWII midgame cycle, and I really gotta admit that your channel has helped me get significantly better at this game. Honestly I hope that Treyarch can pull a Sledgehammer style post launch redemption because this is fundamentally a good game, and you’re adding a lot of great value to the space of helping people get better at it.
bruiser should be buffed to also give health regen if you get a kill with a lethal (unless its a direct impact then it should also give extra score) but still give extra score for tomahawk kills by 50 points (and even more if you got a bankshot, held someone hostage with bonus meat shield health of +25, or a successful execution) and it allowing any and all health regen methods to stack linearly on top making the health regen rate get better with each melee, direct lethal kill, meat shield or execution up to 2x the speed
I know you don’t normally spend a lot of time in hardcore. Flack jacket in hardcore means you live when most explosions hit you. That would make heal time applicable (mostly as it relates to the next explosive thrown). This actually comes up in objective based games. You can live through 3 or even 4 grenades being thrown at the objective before you’re so shot, or before multiple explosives go off too close together. I sometime run guardian along with flak jacket even in hardcore for this reason. I’m not recording it and timing the difference in healing … but, it feels useful.
Stim is my 'go to' if I actively want something to boost my health Regen - but I also use 'Enforcer' on some classes and prefer other Tactical options - depending on Map, Mode and Mood (playstyle/weapon choice)
I love to use the perk that recharges your special faster and stores 2 charges and then ammo packs to refill stimshots and semtexes, could use gearhead but also getting ammo for your gun helps a lot with those long streaks (and you're less at the mercy for the stimshots / semtex to recharge vs having an ammo pack stored for a life when you need it).
I'm a stim crutch through and through. Every class, no matter what. It also just doesn't feel as cheesy as stuns or flashes, and every other equipment is unused in my eyes
@@scottybeck100 honestly not even about strength at this point, I just use stim cause I’m so used to the feel of that type of gameplay. I’m sure spy cam is superior in a lot of situations but i can’t go past yummy stims

I’m big on the stim shot and guardian for domination and hardpoint. I’ve tried bruiser when I got my knife gold. And I just mastered the 100 kills with war cry active. I think there are more valuable field upgrades, but the assist points are nice.
It’s a lot better on medium maps. On the small maps people don’t have anywhere to run. So, you get less from that benefit. On the small maps people tend to die pretty quickly. Most people aren’t going to live for 15 seconds while also killing multiple enemies. So, you’re not getting a lot of points per usage. You’re more likely to get all 5 allies and the score for that, but you’re missing out on the kill streaks due to the frantic pace. Most people who push rapidly get caught out and don’t really have a place to sit an get the healing before jumping back in. So … you get less from the speed boost. You get less from the score boost. You get less from the healing boost. Yeah, small maps aren’t great for war cry. Medium maps are ideal.
sometimes i feel like my stim is so much slower that everyone else’s, i’ll literally use a stim at the same time as someone else and they’ll have their stim away faster than me
Because health is a core gameplay mechanic that is so vital to an individual player’s experience, I’m disappointed to see any form of healing that isn’t tied to keeping yourself in danger to get the effect. Guardian makes sense, you’re holding down a flag in domination, you’re constantly in danger. Enforcer and the stim are way too easy to use. War cry is only occasionally so I don’t mind it. And while I like the idea of bruiser, it has the same issue as enforcer and makes it too easy to use a one hit kill melee on small maps to be cheesy
I hate when Ace doesn't give his personal opinion. Like, looking at this, it seems stim is always best for all-round, maybe even using gearhead over guardian, or tactician over perk greed, to get more stims
One pretty simple combo I was wondering about is what overlap is there when you have Bruiser and the full Enforcer speciality. I would like to know if there is at least a bit of a bonus, especially since it is literally a red perk that will end up being combined with both forms of kill regen pretty often. I loved this vid, and all your content, but I was pretty interested in that double up if Ace or anyone else has any ideas.
I just run perk greed with Bruiser for Enforcer, Guardian, a Stim, and War Cry just so I can reduce how often I die. It isn’t practical but a silly change of pace.
Stims work differently depending on latency. Living out in the country, stims suck for me presumably because the regen health data doesn’t make it to the central server before my enemies bullets:(
I would think Bruiser+Enforcer is easy to get, and you could start to heal instantly from Bruiser but heal to full almost instantly from the rate of Enforcer. If you’re knifing and Tomahawking on Stakeout it could be easy to stack pretty often. Not everyone is a knifer/Tomahawker but I have fun with it. If Bruiser got the .5s issue fixed I’d be unstoppable 😂
imo the stim shot is a bit OP. The fastest healing time on command just at the press of a button, for a tactical equipment slot? Why is it so much faster than perks, a COMBAT SPECIALTY, field upgrades, etc. it's by far the best tactical especially considering the pace of the game

I love having multiple options but I feel like stims need to go. They feel bad to play against, and seem super inconsistent. Lessens the skill gap overall, and doesn’t seem to have much of a drawback.
@@omnomomnii in what way do they seem inconsistent? In what way do they lesson skill gap? Follow up question: how is lessening skill gap a negative thing? Doesnt have a draw back? It doesn’t really help anyone else (unless it actually made the difference in your next firefight and rounds you fired after you would have died were the ones to make a difference).
@ hey sorry for the late response, great questions. They seem inconsistent when playing against them in the since they add unknowns. The timing is off, you can have someone stim 1, 2, 3 times in the middle of a fight. Feels bad playing against them in that sense and then using it, it doesn’t feel super rewarding. Some players have multiple stims depending on builds so counting how many they have isn’t consistent or reliable for allowing you to push and have the upper hand after stunning, nading them, and then pushing, just for them to be full HP. They lesson the skill gap by allowing someone to have poor positioning, peek out and eat shots, stim, peak again and eat more shots, stim yet again, and then finally get a kill. It just adds more to a sloppy “w key” playstyle that allows worse players or less knowledgeable players to get away with more. It was the same way in BO4, and if you played barebones on that game it felt far better with them removed. There isn’t much of a draw back compared to using an entire perk spot or using it in place of a trophy system. You lose a stun or flash grenade in place of something that wins you a fight for free by just pressing a single button. You at least have to aim grenades and stuns. It makes for jarring experiences on the receiving end and does nothing but promote poor play-styles with a get out of jail free card. Thats all I’m trying to present. They feel better now as opposed to when the game first released. You would shoot someone, they would stim and instantly challenge you while still healing. Sometimes you get the notification while shooting them they stimmed but at other times there isn’t a notification. It seems like the window to show if they stimmed or not is very slim. Again adds to a poor experience on the end of the person shooting. Meanwhile you have someone healing to full 1-3 different times in a single fight immediately. It’s just a timing inconsistency similar to tac sprint being a bad thing for COD in my opinion as well. It’s fine to have different things added to a game but when they mess with overall core mechanics such as timings in SnD or a gunfight, it feels really bad.
Morphine injector is the dollar store version of last stand. Recharges too slowly and half the time the game disoriented you too much for your pistol to do anything.
@@miguelmaharaj2247 what about it? It heals you to full immediately when you take someone out and also automatically stands you up. It seems to automatically equip a basic 9mm pistol in your hand regardless of your equipped secondary. It wouldn’t combine with any other healing effects.
@@dillonc7955 no. Disorienting is the tactical insertion. The morphine injector is fine. When you spawn from the tactical insertion you are abruptly in another place and need to figure out where on the map you are (if you dropped it 5 seconds ago it’s not an issue, but if you dropped it a couple minutes ago … well, I certainly forget). Next you need to figure out who is near you. Next you need to figure out where the spawns are which determines where people would be coming from because spawns may have flipped since you dropped it. With morphine injector you’re just suddenly prone with a pistol. There’s no weapon swap animation. It doesn’t move your camera (other than lowering you to the ground). Maybe having a semi auto firing weapon can be disorienting. If you play kill order you get used to the morphine injector thing pretty quickly because you end up in that same last stand position. The only real difference between the two is taking out enemies while the HVT doesn’t revive you. And, in both situations you can be revived by teammates. Well, and when you’re the HVT it feels like as you get dropped over and over the time you have to be revived gets shorter and shorter. Also, morphine injector is stronger in hardcore than core … as an aside.
@@calanblack2679 seems like he already said what would happen. Yeah? Which one triggers faster? (He said the answer) Which one heals at a faster rate? (He said the answer) That’s what you get. The best of those two things. The game does a check to see what the heal delay is. Then when the delay is up it checks to see what your current healing rate is. As you get multiple effects at the same time if one is greater it overwrites the first. And there would be timers and checks to trigger adjusting those numbers in real time to see if you’re still on an objective for guardian or if warcry faded.
Does bruiser work with l2 kills of 2 hit melee weapons? Ie bat & drill, cause i dont think i was triggering it only with with r2 attacks not the grab part
Does WarCry stack when it comes to multiple people using it on the same team at the same time or they only get ability from 1 no matter how many in use?
I have been using war cry to complete prestige challenges. For me war cry is more like a lure and am killed quickly and don’t see the benefit. I struggle with war cry trying to get kills while it’s active. I am not seeing the healing benefits
So are we going to try and get all of this nerfed too since everyone was crying about recon? I would guess not since this is what all the sweats run on their classes, so its fine.

I use enforcer+ Stims+ Warhead
I thought there was something wrong with bruiser! So many times I felt like I wasn’t getting any health from it doing knife/ca only
DMR‘s Please
Let me save you time. They all suck 😂😂😂
@scodyt3996 The AEK is still amazing post nerf. Just don't use rapid fire.
I would avoid using care packages. Cause appears that teammates can take care packages like if it was their own
8:05 was that hiding to reload or were you taking some frustrations out on a camping sniper? 🤣
No! It must be skill based damage! That’s why I keep getting tons of hitmarkers on them! Waaah waah
I lowkey miss the manual healing from Black Ops 4 lol.
Play hardcore
I run enforcer and stim.
Wait, if enforcer doesnt work for equipment, does that mean its doing nothing for my knife only class? Hmmmmm 🤔
Correct
What if you’re using enforcer and you kill first and then take damage, how long enforcer lasts after The kill? Did you do this test?
I'm pretty sure bruiser doesn't work with the bat and drill alt fire
What about the Morphine Injector?
Stim is my crutch
could of try if the hand cannon counts towards a nuke?
It does
Is the stim shot bugged when using the marine shotgun? I can’t shoot when I stim while using it..?
What about stim with warcry
@@calanblack2679 seems like he already said what would happen. Yeah?
Which one triggers faster? (He said the answer)
Which one heals at a faster rate? (He said the answer)
That’s what you get.
8:00
not even looking in the map,
how bad was your last match
Does bruiser work with l2 kills of 2 hit melee weapons? Ie bat & drill, cause i dont think i was triggering it only with with r2 attacks not the grab part
Does WarCry stack when it comes to multiple people using it on the same team at the same time or they only get ability from 1 no matter how many in use?
I have been using war cry to complete prestige challenges. For me war cry is more like a lure and am killed quickly and don’t see the benefit. I struggle with war cry trying to get kills while it’s active. I am not seeing the healing benefits
I hate the Stim, I think it's a crutch for everyone. I bet it has like a 90% pick rate, thankfully it's not in Ranked.
but EOMM doesnt allow me to do this
War cry doesn’t work all the time either as I’ve noticed
Wait so war cry is only effective once per life ? I thought it was continuous until you die.
So are we going to try and get all of this nerfed too since everyone was crying about recon? I would guess not since this is what all the sweats run on their classes, so its fine.
How does the bruiser perk stack with the enforcer specialist? Let's say I'm doing knife only, is it beneficial to also apply the enforcer specialty or is the bruiser perk enough?
They work independently since Bruiser is only triggered by melee/Axe kills and Enforcer isn't triggered by those at all.
@TheXclusiveAce Aahh, I assumed elimimations from guns would also include melee weapons, my bad. Thank you!
Didnt k ow if you did the testing but bruiser with enforcer would you get the near instant start to heal with the faster healing?
They work independently since Bruiser is only triggered by melee/Axe kills and Enforcer isn't triggered by those at all.
Great vid as normal ace, any chance of looking at corner slicing please? I’ve switched it off but it still pulls me into corners when I least want it! Or alternatively can anyone give me any advice. Thanks
Ttk is so fast im dead before i can even use the damn stim shot
You have to get behind cover
Black Ops 6 has one of the slower TTKs, especially with the lacking headshot multipliers on most guns. Stims take time to apply. Otherwise, they'd be everyone's get out of jail free card.
Stims are a crutch. I used a permanent unlock on them even though they aren’t high level.
The best healing rate: Uninstall the game for your mental health because the healing in this game feels like crap.
That game need 150 hp
Since the headshot update nearly every headshot instant kills you
does enforcer activate on melee kills, or am i just somehow always missing it work while playing
Nope, only gun kills
@@TheXclusiveAce good to know, thank you
