@@andrewesquivel Funssor, I was lucky it did not damage any of the other balls,when I tried to move it I could feel heavy resistance then stuttering then resistance, so I decided to clean them, they ran so much better after cleaning and relube

the 'stock' lube is shipping grease, u need to clean it all off, and apply a proper oil, the 'stock' grease is not meant to lubricate

@@HiIarityBribo Hi-Win carriages come ready lubricated as far as I can tell and ready to go, I cleaned one anyhow but did not notice any difference so used the other 2 as they came and they are smooth.

Yo. Great video, but the lube you're using contains PTFE solids -- this is bad for rail/ball wear as they are precision machined and designed to roll, as you pointed out. The PTFE in this lube can cause the balls to slide instead of rolling and actually increase wear. I made the same mistake and used the exact same lube. Further reading of the Hiwin rail doc shows they (obviously) recommend their own G06 grease, which is essentially an NLGI 00/000 grade grease with a lithium soap thickener and ~ 32 mm^2/s (cSt) base viscosity @ 40 deg C.
Would recommend switching out for a similar grease grade for rail longevity, though honestly I wonder how much difference it will make.

Do you know of any method to level a MGN12C rail on a T slot extruded aluminum section? The problem is I am using a long T Slot extrusion, about 2 meter long. I feel the extrusion is bent like an arch, this is affecting the accuracy of the linear rail. as this is also arched since the rail is mounted on the T Slot. Is there any standard way to level the rail. One idea is to put suitable shims on the ends of the rail. How about adding a brace to the T slot?

extrusions are not flat by nature, over 2M you will have a big error..you'd be better off using square stock where one side is machined flat

NO! Never use use lubricants with PTFE or other fillers on linear guides. Rolling element lubricants only.
