No biggie if you get something wrong, guy's 200 years ago had some unusual names. 😆
How can it be 1-10 or 1d10 if the 10 is a zero? Its 0-9 used that way. I haven't played that game ,but I've used a 1d10 in many others and never seen it used as 0 unless it was in the 10s spot when rolling 2 to get a 1d100.

The 0 is 10. If ya roll 2 as a percentage the 10s dice is 0 but rolled single d10 the 0 is a 10.
Also I believe the MI is Michigan.
I checked back in the series rules and the "0" is, in fact, a zero. Section 2.5

@@johnhickman8391 FYI - In GBACW series, 0 is 0 on the "d10." This is also the case for Empire of the Sun, also by GMT.
