Yang is more balanced by putting powerful TM and Pokemon backwards. However, All Gen is closer to canon Reborn and it has less mod custom stuff, so people can get used to it quickly. Yang's mechanics are overall really different from Reborn, or I should say, closer to Rejuv. Edit: Yang Intense isn't balanced at all. It's supposed to be insanely hard.

Between this and All Gen, which one is more balanced in your opinion?
