Kinda late but you can Thief Wide Lenses from wild Yanma. The static encounters in Goldenwood Forest (pre-Team Xen showing up, obviously) and the ones at Great Terajuma Falls make this super easy! Especially if you lead with a Compound Eyes Pokemon

Update: In Yang mod v2.5 Heather has an entrance effect that sets Stealth Rock and uses Taunt. This doesn't make her battle change much(Klefki holds Mental Herb and uses Reflect then Defog instead).
