Like I said before, this looks delicious! I’ve always been a fan of Alton Brown and for the past 20+ years I’ve been using his Smokey the Meatloaf recipe which includes “ crushed bbq kettle chips” as just one ingredient that makes a huge difference. I’ve also been using ground turkey from Costco as an ingredient in most of my blended meat recipes for years as well as smoked tallow/ lard/ bacon grease when wrapping items during smokes to add/ retain moisture. 😊
I never realized that you are from CLE, I live out east in Painesville. Glad to see someone holding it down for NEO!!! Love the videos, keep up the great work!!
I just put this meatloaf in my brand new Masterbuilt Gravity. Your recipe is almost identical to my mom's Italian meatball recipe. I'll give you the news from Saint-Sauveur, Quebec, Canada. Thanks for your great videos.
That’s a gorgeous meatloaf and now I’m starving. New subscriber here, you’ve got a great channel, quality content and a no BS delivery. I’ll be buying an MB800 soon, moving up from a Weber smoky mountain upright.
It paired really well with the Italian style meatloaf. When we actually at dinner I topped mine with additional sauce and sprinkled some Parmesan cheese on it and oh boy 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Thanks I really appreciate that. After 85 videos it’s like second nature now. I still get a little self conscious when we have guests over who are standing there waiting for the food hahahah! I had a meeting last night with a friend who is a professional videographer, editor, and graphic designer..... and there will be some enhancements coming soon.
Question is, from 140'F to 160'f, when it stalled out at 140, how long did it take to get to 160, and at what temp? That's what I'm struggling with right now. ✅️
Looks awesome! Smoked meatloaf is one of my favs. Have a smoker only meatloaf recipe with green chiles, jalapeño, onion, poblano and an adobo bbq glaze.
Very interesting .. as we definitely like our meatloaf.. Seeing it is possible , i will be doing up a 3 pound venison meatloaf.., probably have to do the add water as needed due to venison is a dryer meat.. What was your total time smoking.??.. Awesome job thanks for sharing .
Make sure that you’ve got some added fat to help stick together. Without it, my venison meatloaf tends to break apart. My cook was a little over 3hrs total. Thanks for watching!
@@AndersonsSmokeShow Thanks for the heads up .good advice. .I will add some fat.. understanding the need to keep it together. and keep eye on the I.T. of 160. .Thanks again for the reply back .
Smoked a meatloaf for the first time not too long ago. I found that it took in a large amount of smoke flavor. Too much for some that tried it. I used a combo of oak and cherry. It was a pound and a half as I halved my normal recipe and cooked half in the oven as normal. It was delicious, though.
I have a video from about a year ago of a bacon wrapped meatloaf using this same recipe and I felt that the bacon restricted some of the smoke penetration so this time I wanted to see what I could do. I personally liked the results of this one, but you’re right about the large amount of smoke flavor. Thanks for watching and congrats on winning the giveaway!
Fantastic looking meatloaf Andrew! I'm a meatloaf freak and I've never smoked one...yet!😁👍
Duuuuuuuuuuuude! You are missing out! The smoke penetration that you get on that loaf will ruin you forever!
That meatloaf with cheese & bacon, Sounds 🤤😋
I have a video on that one too!
Best smoking channel on TH-cam
Wow! I really appreciate that! Every video that I produce I make an effort to make it better than the last one!
That’s awesome! Almost my meatloaf recipe. The only difference is I put a dollop of tomato paste and about 4 oz of blue cheese in my mix.
Love me some loaf!

Great making 😋😋

Thanks for your great videos.
Yeah mine is modeled off my grandmother’s meatball recipe! Thanks for watching Marc
@@AndersonsSmokeShow your recipe is extraordinary, so good. I smoked it with maple and apple. It will become one of my classics.
Hit like THEN watch the video. Yet another good one! !! !!!
Thanks!
😱😱
I know, right!!
One thing I have yet to smoke is a meatloaf. I gotta try it soon.
It’s honestly suuuuuper good!

I appreciate the support Jason!
Great video! Gonna try this Sunday 👍
Heck yeah Randy!
Can’t wait to try. Surprised it’s down without a loaf pan
Could have done without the toe fungus ad almost ruined it for me lol
🤣🤣🤣
I like the idea of putting a marinara sauce on the top. Gotta try this.

Thanks!!!
Definitely going to try this. Looks so good. Thanks for the great video recipe.
Smoked meatloaf is such an underrated meal... seriously give it a try!
Looks absolutely delicious!
We loved it! Thanks for watching!
I'm not normally a meatloaf guy ( mostly because the recipes I've seen call for onions), but that looks amazingly tasty.
This recipe essentially is a giant meatball which you can’t go wrong with LOL. No onions here!

The gravity series and 40 inch smoker can I use wood chunks instead of charcoal
Masterbuilt provides a charcoal to hardwood ratio and doesn’t recommend going beyond it. I think if I recall it’s about 10% hardwood
My lord that was a good lookin loaf! I’m gonna have to try that recipe! Great video Andrew! 🍻
Thanks man! I’m definitely not an anti-loafer! 🤣🤣
@@AndersonsSmokeShow hahaha same here. I feel like people who are AL’s need to try one off of a grill/smoker!
Nice work, looks delicious!!
Thanks man!
Looks so yummy I’ve never smoked a meatloaf but have cooked plenty definitely will try to smoke the next one I do on my Weber kettle
I love them smoked! It’s like a 4th dimension!
New sub here! Awesome video and one of my favorite meats!
Thanks for the support! Looking forward to the competition!
Keep it up bro
Love it ♥️
