18:32 No The finger drawing is not what you said.... In Note series when you are drawing, it only receives signals from S-pen and not your fingers so it can prevent accidental touches... If you activate finger drawing it will receive from your fingers and let you draw without the S-pen...
Excellent video as per usual!! . I'll be looking forward to seeing 2.5 on my Note10 plus. Decided not to upgrade for the first time for a couple of reasons . Some great tools. Btw the new Samsung Notes is already on the Note10 plus with One UI 2.1. I love that they brought back the auto shape maker that was on the first S Note app. It's very useful.
I think the note 10+ is pretty good when it comes to time, having 2020 camera fundamentals such as ultra wide and telephoto. Note 20 is more future proof imo but Note 10s are pretty good
So true. The newest Android has actually been following One UI for a couple of years now. Android 11 is One UI 2.5. Android 12 will be One UI 3.x with a few bells and whistles attached.

Actually under sound and vibration-system sound if you change it that will be the sound your device makes when you charge your device via wireless and or wired charger. My s 20+ was doing it before the 2.5. hope this helps
They gotta add more features like a better message app, similar to imessage and a facetime alternative that doesn't require Google duo. Also like imessage games

I just installed one ui 2.5 on the S20 ultra, and my Samsung notes does not have that pdf icon.!? Only a search icon. I also notice I don't have an offline mode in Find my mobile

Yes, just place the tip of the S pen on a blank spot on the toolbar, slight press and drag toolbar to any location on the screen. LOVE 💘 this feature...

Hey Jimmy. I got an A71 international version. Just received the August security patch and I'm still on 2.0. Is the one UI 2.1 a separate update from the security patches? I know in other parts of the world they included it in the June security patch..fyi, mine went from the May patch to the August patch. Thanks for any info and I LOVE all your vids!! Depends on where you are in the world and your carrier. Worst case scenario is Verizon and the US. But you'll get it eventually, so the only thing you can do is be patient.

I got the update on my S10 SM-G973F/DS. I don't have the TH-cam or Spotify keyboard addons; nor the Bitmoji AOD (I checked the GIF/'bunny' clockface as mentioned in these comments too). 😕
OK, I found the solutions! Keyboard features: You have to install a module called "Keyboard Content Centre" which is in the Galaxy Store. You can trigger the download by going to the Sticker feature within Samsung Keyboard. There will be a button to download the module from the Galaxy Store. After you install that, many addons will become available, such as AR Emoji, Spotify, TH-cam, etc. Bitmoji AOD clockface: You have to download the Bitmoji app. Once you've done so, click on the 'GIF' AOD clockface (the one with the rabbit) and a new Bitmoji button will be there. From there you can choose Bitmoji stickers for your AOD.
Any way to turn off "Suggested apps"? I don't like it in OneUI task manager, but at least there it's not in the way taking up otherwise useful apps. In the Edge Apps Panel, that is definitely wasting space that would be better used by apps /I/ want.
I have note 10 and i use a 3rd party launcher. I use onehanded + for the gestures. They are awsome espically when i swipe left up and it splits the screen.

My S20 Ultra definitely doesn't have the new Samsung Notes functions with the update. Mine is an unlocked version. I did the update earlier this morning and yep.... the only thing different in the Notes is that there's a dot showing they're the old format I guess. But that's it. Nothing else is new at all in it.
Android 10 gestures don't work well for the 3rd party launcher I'm using (Square launcher), even though the gesture option can now be used. The home bar gesture to return to home screen doesn't work when in the recents screen. Also, gestures become unreliable when using Samsung's own task changer within the Goodlock suite. At a minimum, their gestures should work in the Goodlock application.
If you go to AOD and click on the rabbit one, you can select your bitmoji or gif. You can also search in your gallery and hit the hamburger to add a photo on AOD.
Hi Jimmy, have samsung fixed their keyboard so it remembers words we write and words we have used to create a sentence before. I moved to Gboard for that simple reason. Thanks

Yes you can. Open your edge panel and then tap the settings icon, tap edit, then tap the 3 dots at the top right and there's an option to turn it off

You are now able to change the background on your messages to have a custom picture too

I got samsung note uodate on my note 10. It is the best thing ever. They now have folders and subfolders which is nicee.

Wish there was 1440p and 1440p 60fps option or at least put it in pro video mode, it makes sense because most flagship phones have 1440p screens.

find my mobile is not in the Verizon S10 settings. Instead I have Find My Device and the setting you mentioned is missing.
