With the 2021 baseball/softball season around the corner it’s all I did myself thinking about. So I did a what’s in my bag video to help pass the time till the snow is gone. We have a new lineup of gloves this year which is awesome! I have a brand new pair of 44 Pro batting gloves and I can’t wait to break em in.
I’m most excited for the season to start because of our Mic’d Up Moments videos. This season our Mic’d Up videos are kicking it up a notch and I’m pumped because I’m sure it’ll help the channel take off!

how would 44s compare to a2000s?
A2000s overall are gonna be a cleaner and nicer glove but a 44 isn’t necessarily worse when it comes to the use of it. A 44 will be more likely too not be perfect and have small details be slightly off. Things you wouldn’t really notice unless your obsessed with gloves. A Wilson will just be pretty much perfect, the question is which leather type you actually like more because they are very different

That’s a tough call, in the end any softball first base mitt is gonna be way better than a baseball first base mitt, they are just too small. If you aren’t looking to spend a whole lot of money I’d recommend looking at a Rawlings Gold Glove Elite

Dual welting or single welting for 44? The one I got last year is dual and I wasn’t a huge fan of the look so I’m thinking of going single for the next one I get.
Also when does 44 typically do sales? And do they do them for gloves as well as batting gloves?
I spiritually loved my dual welting from 44 and yes the sale is for both batting gloves and fielding gloves and it’s pretty much any holiday that they have sales for usually like three days
@@ballgloveking I like my dual welting but just felt like seeing it in person it didn’t look as good as I was hoping. Could possibly be that the color combo wasn’t as good as I’d hoped. I just feel like the 574 signature series has just a super sleek look to it also. Do you have a 574, and if yes how do you like it?
