- Hi guys.this is the second recipe for melting moments, byt on this recipe tou dont use oil.The recipe is easy,crumbly and delicious.
Ingredients
4 cups cake flour
500g Margarine/butter
1 cup icing sugar/castor sugar
1/2 cup corn flour
2 Tspns vanilla extract/lemon or any flavour of your choice.

Oh my God, the measurements are so accurate..Thank you, I love the recipe, I looove the biscuits & I love you 😃 they taste like Eet Sum Mor. After adding the flour & cornflour, i mixed all well using a wooden spoon, i then used my cookie cutter 😋 THANK YOU!

If I don’t have icing sugar can I substitute it for granulated sugar
What’s cake four is plain flour or self raising flour
I have arthritis and can’t pipe, but wanted to try this recipe. I used a cookie gun and it worked awesome. It was so much easier for me because the dough was soft. I’ve tried so many times and failed, but your advice to beat the butter and sugar must have made the difference. Thank you so much.
I made some last night just to try the recipe and they came out perfectly, they were very delicious. I had to use a bit of oil though. I will be making more tomorrow to take to a community event on Saturday. Thank you!!

I have used all purpose flour. They are biscuits are more delicate and fragile but you will still get the same results.use margarine rather than butter is using all purpose flour.
