My husband had a facelift back in the mid-90s here in NYC with Dr. Gerald Pitman. My husband was only 37 years old but had these pockets of fat around his nasal folds. If you search for photos of a young Kevin Spacey, you will see he had the same fat pockets. Since Dr. Pitman was an expert of Liposuction, my husband went with him. He got the fat removed but also had to have a lower facelift since you cannot just suck out the fat and have tight skin. He did have the tell-tale lines around his ears which would bring the facial hairline too close to the ears. After years of tweezing the hair around the outer ears, he finally got it permanently removed. He is now in his 60s and said that was the best surgery decision he ever made. Dr. Pitman is retired, but he was the best back then when it came to Liposuction. I believe he even wrote a textbook on it.
I would love a facelift but I am completely bald. Would opting for a lower/shortscar facelife be ok? Its my neck and jaw Im concerned about. Would love to know your thoughts :-) !
How commun is 3 surgeries in once I was told I need nose surgerie, facelift ,and neck surgery (it looks like a turkey neck). And they said they can do it in one time day procedure but I am not sure if it possible what do you think
There are many talented surgeons who can perform multiple procedures in one day but as the procedure lasts longer fatigue and precision start to impact the outcome
This guy sounds like a butcher he'd end up with scars everywhere you can't put a scar in the middle of the forehead and think that you're not going to see it
Great video
Hope someday you go here in Philippines you are the best doctor for surgery ❤ I watch you always because you are my hope ❤
